Sitting outside for dinner in winter in Brisbane and having a meal this perfect was so unexpected - everything was delicious. The dishes were well presented and well priced. Service could have been more cheerful, but all was well. Highly recommend this place!

Having being told many times about this restaurant, we gave it a go and we were not disappointed. Greeted by friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Sat in a nice seat outdoor with heaters on. Great atmosphere. Food was delicious, it is a great restaurant for a light lunch with friends or work colleagues on an afternoon or perfect... More

We went to Mecca Bah tonight based on numerous recommendations by friends and business associates. Shocking service from the minute we arrived. No one to direct us to our table, once seated, no one to take our order, slow drinks, inexperienced staff. Service did not improve throughout the night.. Despite the service, the food was very good. Obvious there was... More

I've been here previously and it is always busy but we never have to wait too long. I like the way we can have a party of 8 and a couple of kids and it is casual dining but great food. the menu consists of lots of middle Eastern mezze plates or full mains. We had the most delicious pumpkin... More

I had heard good things about this restaurant and a friend and I decided to go for dinner. We were a bit indecisive on what to get and the waitress was very helpful recommending what dishes were the right choice for us. Our entree/tapas came out within about 15 minutes which was good but after that we were literally forgotten... More

Saturday night is for crowds and noise. Indoors seemed a good idea on one of the coldest nights but the large booking of Urban Bogans on the next table were noisy, intrusive and appeared to think they owned the whole floor space. The food had flavour but no panache or of a size to deserve the price. Waiters struggled to... More

One of my favourite foods is Middle Eastern, so I may be more picky than some. I had the Lamb Tagine and it was honestly the worst Tagine I've ever tasted. When I compare it with my favourite Turkish restaurant (Lezzet - Upp Mt Gravatt, Brisbane), the meals were less than half the size, it had no taste, was very... More

We read the reviews, some positive, some not so positive, but decided to try it. We had 3 different tapas that we shared. Food was great and the service was spot on. No complaints at all. Great atmosphere, a great dining experience thanks Mecca Bah !!!! Would highly recommend trying Mecca Bah in Ann street in Brisbane.

This place is a 'must try' if you like middle eastern cuisine. The restaurant is located at the emporium with plenty of parking onsite. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with friendly staff that complement the experience. Meals are between $20 and $40 but if it's your first time there, I strongly recommend the lamb pizza! They also serve a... More

Being middle eastern, I can be a bit picky eating 'out' but this really is excellent food. It isn't cheap so its probably not something that we would do all the time, but it is lovely and the kids love it. My only pet peave is that every single dish is cleared just as you finish. Firstly, there is a... More
