The atmosphere is great, although it can become very noisy when they are busy which is why we try & sit outside in the summer months. We’ll have the same great menu, same Greek Village feel, but even better value – with a new dine in lunch special menu and new dishes and desserts making an appearance too. We’ll have live Greek Music every Friday and monthly on a Saturday.Also coming soon – Lefkas will be a licensed premises. Perfect for your next function!Reminiscent of a Taverna in Greece – you’ll find nothing but good wholesome traditional Greek food in an authentic village style atmosphere. Established since 1991, Lefkas is a family operated business of three generations - one of few restaurants in Brisbane providing traditional home cooked Greek cuisine. I've lived in the area all my life and remember going into Lefkas as a pre-schooler and ordered yiros with my Granma. To this day, I still go to the restaurant for both take-away and dining in. The meat is always delicious and tender. The fish is always cooked to perfection. And my favourite, the lemon potatoes, can't be beat....

The food here is very good and very affordable. The best prices in West End. The owners of the establishment and everyone that works there are so lovely and attentive to their customers. I have eaten here twice now and would return again,.

Went here for xmas lunch. Great food. I had the fish of the day which was cooked to perfection. Good salad.. The pita bread and dips to start were fabulous.. maybe the tastiest bread I have in ages. Very good greek food and the set up for drinks is you drop in next door to the bottle shop and puchase your beer or wine carry it to Lefkas and they serve it to you for a minimal corkage fee.Tables out on the sidewalk which is nice in the evening.

Good service even though they were busy with diners and take away patrons. Very tasty food and a large variety to choose from. I've been searching for a good Greek restaurant in Brisbane, & I think I've just found it. Just had a lamb Yiros takeaway and it tasted fantastic. Will definitely be going back there for dinner next week.
