Beautiful setting on the Brisbane River

This restaurant is in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brisbane River. At night you can see the lights over at Kangaroo Point, the river ferries and the Storey Bridge. You can get to it by river on a CityCat or park nearby (see website for $5 parking deal) or by bus. It would be a lovely place... read more

We spent a lovely couple of hours at dinner here. The view of the river and Story Bridge is great, the staff were friendly and attentive but not intrusive and the food was delicious. All in all, a great place to eat.

Fantastic view on the river and Story Bridges, attentive and relaxed staff and great food. The cherry and chocolate tart was to die for.

We had a great lunch at the Customs House for my sons graduation from uni. The food was excellent. Very Tasty and nicely presented. Staff were friendly. The view of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge was wonderful. A nice touch at the end of the meal was when my sons dessert was served with ''Congratulations'' written on the plate.... More

We had a fantastic lunch at Customs house, service was friendly, attentive & enjoyable, meal was excellent and the Citibank complimentary wine was first class. Just a great afternoon with a terrific view of the river & Storey Bridge.

An outstanding venue for a meal; in our case lunch. The atmosphere and view of the river sets the scene. The service is very professional and the food is amazing. A good wine list rounds out what was a great experience. Can't wait to return.

We eat there occasionally and it is usually good. A recent lunch was very poor. The fish of the day was snapper but it was tough, dry and tasteless. Seemed to have been frozen and very badly cooked. Maybe the chef was on holiday

We enjoyed the location, the cocktails, the attentiveness (attention to detail) of the staff, and the food...especially for the youngest members of the family. Upon entry, we were encouraged to explore the building and enjoy the general historical ambiance. A terrific and yet tranquil location on the Brisbane River.

The cuisine served at the main dining room is just out of this world. Fine selection of French oriented cooking with a fusion touch in a very historical environment. Excellent service and has an excellent wine list to choose from. Highly recommended
