I went to this wonderful restaurant last night with two friends and to my mind this could easily be one of the top eating places in Brisbane - in fact it was the best meal I have had in a long time! The ambience was pleasant, the staff fantastic and food top class. Everything is very reasonably priced - I... More

First time here with family and friends. We all agree this place is super! The food is exceptional and the selection wide and varied, small or large plates. My favourite was the Peking duck pancakes closely followed by the smoked fish plate. Huge selection of beers went well too. The staff were very friendly and super efficient. Prices quite reasonable... More

Have been here for a drink before but this time we had a meal. Great food, service really friendly and staff could not do enough. The black pudding was brilliant. You will need to book in advance for a Saturday. The place was nosy due to the high ceiling so not a place for a quiet romantic first date. We... More

I can't express how poorly managed this place is, had a lovely meal and went out side for a smoke! In fact 13 meters from the resturant and my friend and I were made to feel like criminals, the waitress demanding we cross the street! Hands in the air saying get across the street to smoke!!!! Sooooo rude, after u... More

Wouldn't pick it for a first date but definitely for a casual dinner with friends who love beer. Their gravy on their chips is so amazing I accidentally ate the paper trying to get every last drop :) Can also recommend their duck rolls. Very yummy!

Clearly run and staffed by professionals! Tuesday early evening we enjoyed a Chef special, conflict chicken & salad for $20.00 which included a good glass of wine. Great value we feel and very nice surrounds. Best of all, friendly and respectful staff. The other customers seemed to be friends meeting up, another was a group of business men and also... More

we found this place by chance, our journey home was so busy that we just turned around and drove towards new farm for somewhere to eat. The Bitter Suite looked very inviting and we decided to give it a try. They offer a huge number of beers, mostly bottled, but some cask as well, these are well made ales bitters... More

right from when you book to when you leave the restaurant the staff are very friendly without going overboard. it had a nice feel to it which always makes your dining experience more pleasant. our meals were beautiful ( the beef shortribs melted in your mouth) and the side plates, especially the charred pumpkin just divine. we were going to... Enjoyed a super meal with friends, sat outside. Food was great and so was the wine. Friends enjoyed the beer, they have lots of ales, lagers on offer, too much to choose from really. I think that after 9.30pm you have to eat inside something to do with it being in a residential area. Also it wouldn't accept my credit... More
