This is a newly opened restaurant. Last night was our first time at Wagaya, and we loved it. Good food, reasonable prices, and fun using a touch screen to order everything. Food and drink arrived within minutes of ordering. You order and eat at your own pace. Lots of options too if you don't like Japanese food. It is rated 92% on Urbanspoon

Came for lunch and the menu was halved but still enjoyed ourselves! Atmosphere is great at dinner time with booth tables and the digital ordering system is super fun. Lots of options for gluten free eaters (but lunch menu is only seafood)! Staff are friendly and food is served quick. Perfect for a night out with friends or a large... More

Wagaya is upstairs in the TCB centre. The noise of other diners coupled with private booths makes you feel like you're in your own little world in a busy eatery. It's perfect. The food here is great too. Good quality chicken and miso, tasty ramen and croquettes. I don't usually even like gyoza or fried prawn but here I can't... More

We met up with a group of friends to celebrate the new year at Wagaya in the Brunswick Street mall, though the entrance to the restaurant is on the Chinatown side. It was a fun place to eat, they catered well for our large group and the meals were prompt and delicious. They gave us some table menus but you... More

I went here with 4 other friends and was very surprised at what we received. At first i thought ordering via computer screen was strange but over came that quite quickly, the food was done very nicely it came out extremely fast for the amount we ordered and it was very tasty. I will definitely go back.

Not so expensive, good quality and taste, fast service after you've ordered on a tablet upon your table. Best thing I tried here is salmon avocado hand roll by far. Wagakaia certainly deserves your visit...

Fantastic Japanese food. You order from pictures on an iPad... push button and food is delivered. Great concept. Individual booths creates a fun private atmosphere. Did i mention you can order wine from an iPad.... Deciding what food to order is the hardest part as it all looks delicious. Good to have a designated order person working the iPad so... More

Best Japanese in Brisbane. Quite often dinned here with work colleagues and everyone was always satisfied with their meals.

It's a big call but what they do to food especially seafood is spectacular. So fresh and loved it all comes out quickly and you could stay for hours trying everything on the menu. My nephew loved the touchscreen menu and I was very surprised to see what this young aussie chose and even more surprised at the fact he... More
