We ate here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and tried the seafood degustation menu. Some of the courses were amongst the most amazing Italian food I have ever eaten. This is not inexpensive but it really is fine dining Italian food. The seafood degustation consisted of: 1. kingfish and scallop crudo (raw) topped with capers, diced... More

Great food. Went @ Tartufo with work colleagues (from Italy) and asked for Pasta all'Arrabbiata that wasn't on the menu. Chef kindly cooked it for us and was devine and we all felt like at home in Italy. To complete the dinner we had great antipastos (a carpaccio with truffle to die for to mention one) and we ended with... More

Really enjoyed the food and wine - portions were a little too large for degustation but service was excellent

We went here for a 'quick lunch'...had the BEST pizza we've ever tried...Pizza Tartufo...just the right amount of truffle to give divine flavour...perfect balance. The dough was delicious...very light. We've travelled extensively in Italy but this beat any pizza we've ever had hands down. The quick lunch was sooo good, we went back that evening with friends and weren't disappointed.... More

Lunched here alone during the week. Very professional wait staff, obviously classically trained. The dried cod balls tasty although a bit too potatoey. The pasta with funghi & truffle beautifully flavoured with a great texture. Good to see an Italian Rose on the wine list. The "olde world" decor lovely. All in all a great experience even though dining alone.

Look this is really good Italian. Like the food you get in Italy. An Italian Australian friend recommended it to my Husband. And we have a rule that when we go out we don't eat what we cook well at home. And generally we have the Italian stuff down pat. This is excellent. It isn't cheap food though.

We arrived 10 minutes late on a Sunday night, to still be made feel special by the maitre d, was brilliant..Mind you we did drive an hour to get there, so that was our first tick to not be scolded for being late. The Service was impeccable and respectful( which can be difficult to achieve, but they did it) The... More

I just wanted to thank the wait staff and Tony the owner and head chef for an amazing evening a few weeks ago. I dined with 5 friends and we all ordered from the Al a carte menu. The timings between each of our courses was excellent and the staff were attentive even though it appeared to be quite a... More

I'm not big in Italian but this place was good. 6 of us, with a mixed bag of orders and all very happy. The mains are huge and need a side coz its just too much meat. the service was professional and knew the product. They lost 1 start because they charged us an extra bottle- $140.00!!! This is too...
