Mate, loved it. What a pizza experience. Mama Mia!!! Great base and very generous toppings. Tony and the crew made it such a lovely occasion for me and my wife. Be there again as soon as we back in brisi.

Tried the pizzeria section as newly opened with wood oven. Salt and pepper calamari had neither salt nor pepper so missed the mark in a big way. Pizzas were quite nice and base actually very tasty - quite Neapolitan in style. Marinara ( trad Neapolitan style ) was rather smothered with sugo and then just topped with dried herbs..not fresh... We are always doubtful about having a pizza when not in Italy...well, this is one of the "must have" in Brisbane. Lovely and smiling people welcoming, lovely food and great pizza. We really felt at home! Strongly recommended!

Three of us went to lunch at Tartufo on a Monday. It was quite busy. We shared a loaf of bread and a ball of fresh Mozzarella which was very cold. It could have been warmer. Main courses had were veal cutlet (large), Lamb, and pork. All was enjoyable We the had dessert. The two male waiters were excellent and... More

Well I would have to start by saying that we had the most fantastic experience here. From the moment we were greeted at the door by Jeffery and seated in a comfortable booth we felt totally spoilt. The service and attention to detail was superb and omg the food, the FOOD! We started by sharing a meatballs appetiser and then... More

Went to dinner with my husband and another couple. We were promptly greeted and shown to our table. The waiter was extremely helpful and always kept checking on our needs which was great. We all had 3 courses and every single dish that was brought out was to perfection. Congratulations Tartufo you deserve the title of best Italian restaurant in... More

On arrival we were shown to our comfortable table immediately, offered water and drinks without delay and our order taken after allowing time for perusal and prevarication. Our three courses arrived with impeccable timing at just right intervals throughout the evening. The service was excellent. The spatchcock gets a special mention - it was tender, moist and succulent. Simply delicious,... More

We ate here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and tried the seafood degustation menu. Some of the courses were amongst the most amazing Italian food I have ever eaten. This is not inexpensive but it really is fine dining Italian food. The seafood degustation consisted of: 1. kingfish and scallop crudo (raw) topped with capers, diced... More

Great food. Went @ Tartufo with work colleagues (from Italy) and asked for Pasta all'Arrabbiata that wasn't on the menu. Chef kindly cooked it for us and was devine and we all felt like at home in Italy. To complete the dinner we had great antipastos (a carpaccio with truffle to die for to mention one) and we ended with... More
