Restaurant should change name to C'est le Meilleur! Gosh I hope I have my French correct :)

We recently hosted a corporate event in the upstairs cellar area encompassing a menu which featured our French Bazadais Beef. Obviously when you are serving beef to a cross section of beef industry champions you're under a fair bit of pressure...! Celine & Peter and the team at C'est Bon... read more

This used to be my very favourite restaurant but recently I visited on a busy Saturday night and things were not good but to give them the benefit of the doubt I visited again mid week. I had French onion soup which was delicious and beautiful pastry dome, however, I noticed people at the next table weren't so lucky. The... More

We had wanted to try this place for quite some time. I had read many reviews and was curious about how our experience would compare. It was a busy Saturday night with many tables for two and a couple of tables of 6. Very compact and yes noisy. We were seated at an "island table". This meant staff and patrons... More

Looking for a new French restaurant with atmosphere. This looked quaint, it has great staff, food was so, so but the restaurant was soooo noisy. Will have to about this if we're to go again.

We went there on Bastille Day (14 July) for the set dinner menu ($110). We have been there before on a number occasions including on Bastille Day and generally found the food to be reasonably good. This year’s Bastille Day diner was one of the best and superior to the few other Bastille Day offerings we have found in Brisbane... More

We had a reward voucher for this restaurant, & chose the more expensive set price menu for $75 a head. It is a very sensible menu offering a degustation selection for 2 in both entree & dessert sections. All offerings were well done. We chose the bouillbaisse which was very tasty but a little light on with the seafood. Lovely... More

I have eaten at C'est Bon on several occassions over the past 5 years, but I am sorry to have to write this review that food and service have gone downhill. Our group of 12 diners were seated in very squash conditions upstairs. Several diners had escargots which were very oily. The scallops were delicate and tasty, but overpriced. For... More

Took a friend here for her birthday. It had very good reviews but having recently spent time in Europe I was hesitant but after tasting the food all I can say is Wow - best French food in Brisbane in my opinion. Range is limited, which is a good thing in my opinion as what they do do is spot... More

Husband and I enjoyed a weeknight outing to this beautiful little place which we've driven past a hundred times and always meant to try. It's a small restaurant which provides a lovely intimate setting and we received a warm welcome and personal service from the wait staff. We enjoyed a three course meal of perfectly cooked, flavoursome food which was... More

From the moment we walked into this restaurant....it was like being transported to France, lovely ambiance and a fine dining experience. The complimentary amuse bouche was a nice touch to start, then we shared a delicious scallop and cauliflower entrée...so elegant, followed by snails (just the right amount of garlic, just as well we both had them) with French baguette...
