Beautiful Food!

Wow what a funky place to have a meal. The food is plentiful so don't order too much. The food was delicious and despite some extra background noise the place was great. The staff were very nice and the food costs were reasonable.

We visited Verve with friends on Friday August 7th. We had a booking- which was made via online (quick & easy to navigate). As you would expect for a city establishment on a Friday night; it was pretty busy. We arrived a little earlier than our booked time for a drink at the bar and were seated at our table... More

I've visited Verve Cafe for dinner three times now and each has been an equally great experience. The service is friendly and fast with main meals making their way to you without delay. There is a great selection of ciders and beers and perusing the menu can take some time due to the large amount of delicious dishes available. Highly... More

I've been wanting to try this place for ages....it has always shown up as a place to go when wanting a bit of quirky restaurant/bar. It didn't disappoint in that respect: the decor is funky and there was a vibe in the place, even though we were the only ones there at the time. Service was excellent and was a... More

This funky restaurant has great food, friendly staff and some edgy art which happens to be on sale in August at half price!

Went for dinner on a girls night out. All of our meals were delicious, plenty to choose from, and the service was very good and very fast. Will be back with the family

I attended a dinner and drinks for a friends birthday. The food was good but it was extremely loud and very hot as the restaurant is underground. Most of the staff were really polite and nice, only 2 staff members seemed a bit rude but I was happy with the service overall. Only thing I would change is how they... More

Googled 'quirky bar/restaurants in Brisbane CBD' and came up with this awesome underground eatery in Edward St. Great staff who couldn't be more helpful, a wonderful menu with a large selection of steaks, pastas, pizzas and salads. Fantastic selection of ciders available also. Prices very reasonable. We ate there 2 nights in a row we were so impressed. On the... More

Had a very good pizza. The place is underground with no natural light but it is big yet cozy. I arrived early before the crowed and the service was fast and friendly. A good place to eat if you like pizza or pasta. And the side salade had a very nice sauce. Well done.
