We were looked after brilliantly

Really very impressed with the gorgeous setting (on a beautiful mild and sunny day)/ We wandered around the grounds and into the cellar door before lunch. Everything immaculately presented, rolling hills, wallabies and loads of families having fun. I find it sad and astonishing that some... read more

The menu was extensive and every meal was divine. Do yourself a favour and have the pork belly with deep fried cauliflower with mango dipping sauce. There won't be room for dessert.

Was there as a surprise for my birthday last year, and how disappointed we left this place with much lighter pockets! Too busy, it looks like a factory. Food is tasteless and I could not finish my main (which never happens to me). Overly priced for the quality of food. If you know your fin dining, this place is definitely... More

We drove out to see if the photos on the net were true to life. They were, and are. The food in this restaurant is outstanding, along with the service. What a refreshing experience for QLD!! I am not too excited about the wines, but everything else makes up for that. Definitely worth making this a place to visit frequently.... More

Visited here during the week for a celebration lunch. This is a high priced restaurant which should be offering more than what they are. My main dish 5 spiced pork belly was tough and almost inedible. For $42.00 pretty disappointing. Hard to say more. We will be looking for a new venue when we try to go upmarket.

I work as a chef so don't eat out much, mainly at top restaurants (food snob) and heard good things about Lurleen's, so thought it would be a nice place to have lunch, with my fiance and mother-in-law to be. We ordered the 2 tasting plates as starter's which were lovely, mains were a different matter i ordered the 400g... More

Ive been to Lurleens on several occasions for both dinner and breakfast. Cant fault the service and the quality of the food. Views over the fields and off to the mountains is peaceful. The atmosphere inside with the stone and timber is breathtaking Although is lovely to come for dinner it is a bit pricey so we come for breakfast... More

the view is amazing. Sadly our local winery is now turning into a tourist site with people clambering off busses and invading what was once peaceful. We had to leave without our tea because some people just don't have a clue how to keep their children in check. Yep, it's a cultural thing. And the winery is turning into something... More

We went there for lunch with friends. We sat under the trees in a lovely setting until the insects started dropping out of the trees and the large ants crawled on the table. We then went inside to the marquee but it was very hot when there was not any breeze. The meals were good but the service was not.... More
