If you are looking for a low key place to go with an amazing view this is it. Been here twice in the last month and both times found it to be the perfect spot for a get together. Food was great as was the service! Will be going back.

We were hoping this place would be a little gem on the water in Darwin. The sun was setting, the location was perfect and the menu looked pretty good, albeit fairly overpriced. You pay $27 for a stir fry, which we thought was a bit rich, alas we settled in for the sunset over the Timor Sea. The staff didn't... More

This is a MUST all year round. We recommend seeing the Botanic Gardens, the Museum and Art Gallery then finishing here for great views over the water, cold beer and seafood! Not too expensive and kid friendly, we were the only tourists in there that evening so we felt like a "special club".

A good wagu burger. Icy drinks and plenty of ice on request. Very large shady outdoor marquis right on waterfront to pick up ocean breezes. Top location to relax away a few languid hours. Clean toilets. Large grassy areas and some separate tables under the palms. Plastic chairs and large bench tables - overhead fans. No pressure away from summer... More

The setting here is fabulous~ hard to get a better spot in Darwin. You need to be a member or a random visitor, but it's a gorgeous place to sit with a clod drink and watch the amazing sunsets. Sunday night roast is brilliant- $20 for a huge serve of meat ( there used to be choice , but it... More

We've been coming to the club for years now and alway enjoy the venue and meal,if your from out of town you won't be disappointed . A major bonus is the stunning prolonged sunsets.

The Sailing Club has a pub feel, it is casual with an amazing view. The food was not amazing, nor terrible. It is what you would expect from a pub meal. However the sunset made the visit. We turned up 20 minutes prior to the sunset mid week and it was quite busy, luckily a local I was eating with... More

We love the place, great view and always take visitors to town down there. But the food is getting a bit boring as the menu hasn't changed a million years.. To predictable and people often prefer the sailing club, which is a shame.. Hopefully they might shake it up a bit.. But it's enjoyable for the view and cold drinks... More
