Amazing service - wonderful food - the potato cakes were nearly as thick they were high. I am pretty hard to please as far as Seafood goes but this was astounding fare! Loved the choice of Sauces (I think mine was Thai Lime & Black Pepper - delish) available which so complemented the fish. I know the meal is phenomenal... More

We grabbed some fish and chips from here on the weekend, did what everyone else seemed to be doing and sat on the grass checking out the sunset at Cullen Bay. La Beach is quite popular and serves a variety of fish - battered, crumbed... some local, most not (seemed odd considering I'd heard about all the great seafood from... More

We went in and ordered grabbed some drinks ,sat out on the tables over looking the ocean Nice to have the choice of crumbed or battered fish, wrapped in paper , limes and lemon supplyed. Just a great change to wander in and eat casual in a resturant setting with a fantastic sunset veiw. Service was quick but we went... More

Every time we have tried to come here the queue was always too long but tonight we decided to do the wait. Must have been lined up for at least 20 minutes and then got told we had 50 minute wait for our food when we finally did get served. We waited so long that we drank our bottle of... More

We loved the idea of having fish and chips on the lovely lawns of Cullen Bay but our food took for ever and it was OK

Simple concept here. You order fish and chips including lovely big pieces of barramundi. You collect and eat off the paper on tables on the outside deck looking out to sea. Licensed so you can enjoy a beer or wine and they do other items such as steak sandwiches but the fish is the go. Great for the family

It was really busy the night we went here. Such amazing views of the water, since it's so close to the water. We had to wait a while for our meal, and then when we went to check, they hadn't put our dockets through. But we just laughed it off. I thought the food was really good too, and the... More

Yes, the fish and chips are quite expensive ... but no more expensive than anywhere else in Darwin. The serves are large, the fish is fresh and well cooked. The restaurant inside could do with some personality but the views outside are unbeatable - especially at sunset. Takeaway with a bottle of wine and sit and watch the sun set... More

Million dollar view. Standard fish and chips and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Ok, so it is a little over priced, but isn't everything in Darwin!! We had a lovely casual evening here with a couple of beers and fish and chips. And we will be back! Perfect for a lazy Sunday. Try to be there for sunset!!
