Good food, good price and there was not a huge queue waiting to get in. Overall a pleasant experience.

Came here 2x for dinner. Service was quick and OK. Unfortunately, on our first visit we ordered one thing and were brought something else, but we were so hungry we didn't bother making a fuss. Came back the next day and it was OK. The kids loved the activity sheet provided on arrival. The portions were big and I was... More

Not much more to say about this place other than the food is tasteless, service was bad and prices were high. Probably one of the worst lunches we had during our trip to Australia.

We ordered the damper of entree but it was not cooked though properly. The lemonade ordered arrived as mineral water. The main meals were outstanding. Check your bills, we were charged for others coffees. Staff should clear the tables quicker.

We ordered the pasta dishes, neither had seen much seasoning, but the staff were quick to serve and friendly.

There aren't a lot of restaurants and cafes in the middle of the desert. Geckos is clean, comfortable, and warm ( big bonus in winter evenings). The cafe fills up quickly after sunset and the staff are busy but friendly. The food is good, prices are ok. Nice option for an informal dinner.

Slow service (took over 30 mins from order to delivery of our burger) and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Burger was a bit tough but ok

We found ourselves in a long line waiting to get into this restaurant. We could see the staff were run off their feet, but they turned the tables around as quickly as possible, and had us seated. Service was with a smile, and our orders were delivered promptly, with no mistakes, even though they were very busy. Try to avoid... More

We went to this restaurant at 1/4 to six and the family really enjoyed it. The kids can have a main meal, dessert and drink for $15. And the adult meals are about $24. Good choice of wine and beer given the location. And I enjoyed their Sangria and mezze plate. Fish and chips were good too. As we were... More

The menu was child friendly and they coped well with changes to the menu for the fussy eaters. We got a number of dishes and shared which was good for our family group. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
