Here you pay for your choice of meat or fish and cook it yourself on BBQs. The salads provided are pretty tasteless and uninspired and the one dessert could be much better with very little effort.

Very busy, so had to queue for 15 - 20 mins to select meat(s). Quality and variety of help-yourself accompaniments not that impressive. The "atmosphere" in the bar/restaurant area was good but the place was very busy/crowded so it was difficult to find a seat/table. The musician (a singer/guitarist singing and playing lead guitar to recorded backing tracks) was superb... More

Not a patch on Sails Walpa Bar, some staff arent happy especially the senior one. Food was good but the whole place needs a face lift.

Shuttle bus all round the resort took us to thiis, advertised till 900 or 9.30 but when we got there salad etc had not been replenished and a tad disappointing, the idea of choosing and cooking your own meat absolutely fun. Wicked!!

Outdoor bar so hot, very hot but they have water spraying off the fans. Pool table, TVs, music every night and basic kiosk pizza, fish and chip type food. Not many other options so we were there regularly for an ice cold beer. Tasted especially good after long hot walks!

This no-frill bar is the only place in Yulara licensed for takeaway beer and wine, with a small but decent selection. They sometimes have live music and a DIY BBQ - we didn't try this but had a croc dog and a burger at the kitchen opposite. The bar has a pool table and there's a games room with a... More

We were staying at another hotel in the resort but decided to eat here one night. Very friendly place that was full of people of all ages. The bar food was very good and good value for the area. The bar also serves as a bottle shop for people staying in the resort although the amoint you can buy is... More

A do it yourself bbq. You buy your meat/veg at the counter, then move to the grilling area, where you cook it yourself. We are English so this experience was usual for us.Plenty of grills, so no need to wait. Then move to the seating area, being big long tables. Great way to met other guests. Live music was good.... Was a great area to have a drink with fellow travellers. Lots of meat options to choose from which you cook yourself - this really didn't appeal however once started was interesting talking to people around you whilst cooking. The salad bar was good and the meal included a desert which was a fruit crumble and custard. I felt very... More
