Taken here by friends from Alice, never had Vietnamese before. Tried various dishes, all delicious. As I like croc, the croc dish was ordered, it was great. You will need a car/taxi to get here.

Lovely atmosphere, delicious food but 1 waiter for 70 people was a problem. Will definitely come back

we loved it! being far away from everything, you must think that the closest sea water is 1000km+ so if I were you try not to order seafood. We ordered mainly chicken, pork & vegetarian dishes. we came for lunch and were the 3rd family that was there. they served us pretty quick and did not have to wait long... More

We had dinner for 2 and it costs $102.00. We had 2 rice paper rolls, 6 sesame prawns for entree. Seafood combination had 2 prawns, 2 small pieces of calamari, 2 tiny scallops and vegetables for maiin and beef with vegetable for the other ( the only vegetable was onion). Still hungry ordered 2 banana fritters, which was 1 small... More

Arrived and the restaurant was almost empty, we waited over an hour for our starters, and when they arrived they were not what we ordered. Neither I nor my boyfriend eat fish of any kind, and we had been given seafood springs rolls of some kind. They wouldn't change them and we didn't eat them. We waited another hour for... More

Food here is really good, but is a bit small for price. Service can be hit and miss, but that's Alice Springs, and the distance from town might emphasis that point even more. If you eat Vietnamese regularly, you might be a little underwhelmed by this, and you will think its too expensive. But for those of us that that... More

We're from Melbourne where the options for good & cheap Viet food are endless. Based on online reviews we drove 20ks to dine here. The service was shabby. The waiter hardly knew the menu. The house red wine was horrid. The rice was gluggy. The mains we had were ok but nothing deserving of the drive unless you're not used... More

I have been to eat at Alice Vietnamese Restaurant a few times now. Without a doubt, having to drive a little out of town to get there makes it an extra special experience. Upon arriving, one finds a restaurant with an open outdoor setting much like those one finds in Asia, a perfect setting for a meal during the warm... More

Visited this restaurant with work colleague after a recommendation but we were pretty disappointed. The dishes were small and overpriced for what you get. Wouldn't return. We're from Sydney where we get very, very good Vietnamese food at a fraction of these prices. We ordered Vietnamese rice paper rolls which were mostly rice noodles - very bland; beef salad -... More

Alice Vietnamese Restaurant is located closer to the airport than to town due to their market garden. Turn left onto Colonel Rose Dve, a further 2km or so, then left onto Heffernan Rd. Drive a further 1km and you will find the carpark on your right. The owner operators Tihn, Lan and their staff provide you with good service and... More
