Four of us met for a drink in the bar and then had dinner here. Service is fine though basic and there is a moderate range of drinks available. As the name suggests, `Barra’ is their speciality although it probably comes from at least a thousand kilometres away. Three of us had the Barra and it was very good. The... More

We dined here after reading some reviews and since we were staying at the resort it was an easy walk from our room. I agree with comments about the decor - it just has zero personality as a dining venue and is something that could easily be addressed by management. That aside, the meals were good,it is a barramundi restaurant... More

We were most impressed with the presentation of the meal and the obvious care which went into its preparation. Would recommend it to discerning visitors .

We arrived for lunch at 1:00pm and a customer was strongly complaining to the waitress at the poor service. I then asked if all was OK, was reassured the food would be excellent and the problems were with some new staff. We sat down, then I went to the bar to order drinks, ordered a stout and a red wine.... More

This restaurant is housed in the Chiefley Alice Springs Hotel. The food is outstanding, especially the barramundi. We ate there on numerous occasions hoping to try everything on the menu.

Due to the long days of touring in the Alice Springs area, we chose to dine at the hotel restaurant, Barra on Todd. The menu offered many items. Our challenge was very slow wait staff. The first night we had to track down our waitress. Drinks arrived quickly, but dinner was very late. The second night, I decided to speak... More

Went there to celebrate completing the Larapinta Trail. Menu offered a large choice of options featuring NT specialities. Food was tasty and well presented with staff friendly but service was not as attentive as you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. Prices compared favourably with Brisbane restaurant prices.
