This restaurant is housed in the Chiefley Alice Springs Hotel. The food is outstanding, especially the barramundi. We ate there on numerous occasions hoping to try everything on the menu.

Due to the long days of touring in the Alice Springs area, we chose to dine at the hotel restaurant, Barra on Todd. The menu offered many items. Our challenge was very slow wait staff. The first night we had to track down our waitress. Drinks arrived quickly, but dinner was very late. The second night, I decided to speak... More

Went there to celebrate completing the Larapinta Trail. Menu offered a large choice of options featuring NT specialities. Food was tasty and well presented with staff friendly but service was not as attentive as you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. Prices compared favourably with Brisbane restaurant prices.

We ate here three times during our stay in Alice Springs. There is an extensive choice, so everyone should find something to eat, especially a page worth of barramundi options. The service was a bit hit and miss, and it was difficult to catch the eye of staff, but the quality was always excellent. The main criticism was the lack... More

I was recommended this place as having some of the best food in Alice, so I turned up on a Saturday night at doors opening without a reservation to be able to score a table. There were so many different types of barramundi I didn't know which to choose! I went for the tandoori but could've easily picked anything and... More

Good restaurant with a good selection of local and Northern Territory dishes. Speciality is NT barramundi and there are varuious options for eating it. We really enjoyed! Wine was a bit expensive but this is a remore area.

Had dinner with a couple of friends & we tried the "3 course set menu" consisting of Entrée, Main & Dessert at around $49 per head. All 3 of us commended on how great the food tasted & the presentation was 1st class. Staff were excellent & considering it was a busy Friday night, we were well serviced. As others... More

Had the three course meal - calamari, barra and chocolate pudding. Was nice food - staff very friendly. We were staying at the hotel so was nice to just eat here and not have to go out.

Had a meal there last night the 3 course set menu. The food and service were particularly good and the fact this place is in Alice is amazing. The staff would put other good restaurants to shame.
