Good food, good service, good pricing

We enjoyed a delicious lunch yesterday at Chrysler, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional and set in a lovely atmosphere. We saw they serve soups and wraps amongst several other choices and we both fancied the same soup and the same roast leg of lamb, tzatziki (not sure of the spelling... read more

we stopped by for a quick breakfast. the prices were below what we were expecting. the food was delicious and generous in portion size. we are very very fussy about coffee and the coffee here is second to none. also the barista service is the quickest I have ever seen. very impressive solid cafe. we will be back.

Visited the Cafe on Castlereigh Street (The restaurant in the Sheraton was too slow). The coffee was really good, the service was fast, courteous and well organised. And the food options for a simple breakfast were varied and tasty. Also well priced. I would definitely recommend this cafe!

Morning after awards ball breakfast. This little gem is just fab. Great value breakfasts, fresh, hot and yummy. Great coffee, heaters and lovely staff. Give it a go, we loved it.

Small shop but heaps of "outdoor" seating. Located in a small lane way short cut it offers a little respite from the crazy Sydney streets. I didn't eat but can say that the coffee was of a high quality.

On the trip advisor recommendation, I tried this cafe for a good sandwich & they didn't disappoint. When the busker was playing in Pitt street, it sounded much better than the tunes from the Billabong store. Nice little tables, in a nice arcade good for people watching. Coffee & sandwich $20.

I used to get coffee from here twice a day when living in Sydney and working nearby. Visiting today with a late breakfast and good coffee brought back some good memories. Good to see that the standards have not fallen over the years. Definitely recommended for a coffee break if you're on a Pitt St Mall shopping spree!

Great sandwiches made with quality ingredients which justifies the higher than expected prices when you first peruse the menu. The salad we ordered as a main course was a little small but tasty. Good service and nice to sit in the arcade and people watch as you eat…. Dont have a huge menu so we struggled to find something to... More

A regular lunch and coffee hang out, this place serves up huge sandwiches that will keep you going all day. The coffee is good also. The outdoor seating of this place is a great vantage point for some serious bird watching!

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
