Thai food being ubiquitous in Sydney, it is a pleasure to find a restaurant that serves more than the usual suspects without charging a fortune for it. More interesting dishes such as pork and betel leaf and seared spicy scallops liven the menu up. My friend and I both ordered our food spicy and were relieved to find this was... More

Consistency great food that is served by lovely people. The banquet menu is fantastic value and usually awesome for large tables.

Wow! Thai Nesia knows all about style, service and absolutely fantastic Thai food, sometimes with an Indonesian touch. Bring your own wine (corckage only $3 pp) and you will have a wonderful dinner with fresh, exotic, delicious food in a wonderful ambience.

Hidden away, not far from Taylor Square, sit this fabulous Thai, on the outside, nothing special, on the inside great and attentive staff. The food is fist class, the Thai Green curry was amazing, although the source was a little runny, also had prawns, steaming hot rice, a really good all around experience, it is a byo, and there is... Delicious authentic Thai food. What a stunning meal. Make sure you start with the tofu as it's out of this world. We then enjoyed every single salad on the menu. All were amazing. As was the fried rice with chicken. They accommodated my sister's gluten free diet by alterning some meals. They also made a special papaya salad that we... More

Clearly popular restaurant without a licence, but an off-licence next door. The prawn fried rice was excellent, and the chicken and cashew nuts succulent and tasty. However, both were outdone by the snapper, which was beautifully cooked and presented in an aromatic piquant spicy sauce/broth.

Ok, there are lots of good Thai restaurants in Sydney but for sustained quality., there is nothing that comes close to Thai Nesia. It beats Thai Potong into a cocked hat, and its delicious combination of flavours makes it truly extraordinary. Prices reasonable, service impeccable. The Barossa chicken is to die for, and they make staples like Pad Thai and... More

When I first moved to Sydney 10 years ago, this was my local Thai, which quickly became a twice weekly takeaway. Even though I moved away, I still come back at least once a month. Beautiful food, great service...........best Thai in eastern Sydney.

This is a bustling Thai restaurant, always busy on weekends. Loved the decor, a mix of western and authentic Thai...draperies, rich in fabric yet with fraying fringing act as effective acoustics, prints depicting river fishing scenes. Food was lovely, we ordered curry pumpkin with chicken and chilli basil beef which was a good balance of heat and spice. Our one... More

We went to Thai Nasia as it came recommended to us. We were the first to arrive at 6pm for dinner but the restaurant filled to capacity quickly. The decorations are quaint and somewhat stereotypical for a thai restaurant. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful in recommending popular dishes. We ordered the lemongrass prawns, the bbq chicken, peanut curry, and... More
