We went to the Establishment for dinner. We heard the restaurant was on the 4th floor. When we arrived, we went to the Hemesphere Bar. When we got the menu, I noticed the food on offer was Sushi, but this place didn't look like a sushi bar. We found out that the food from Hemesphere actually comes from the connecting... More

Then I had the scallops with micro salad and an amazing sauce which just left my mouth wanting more. I then finished off with prawn tempura sushi roll, best roll... More

Came here for a celebratory dinner with a colleague. Service was good, if a bit harried (it was a Saturday night, so they were definitely busy). Prices were steep (but if you've eaten in this area before, you knew this). Food was fabulous. Sashimi was excellent--good quality fish, well prepared, simple accompaniments complimenting but not overpowering to fish. I swear... More

We went here on our first night in Sydney, looking for something low key. While the first floor has a latin american restaurant / dance hall, upstairs is a lot more mellow, a great room to enjoy rare spirits (Pappy van Winkle included) and a sushi bar with some great selections. We appreciated the kind and helpful staff and enjoyed... More

Had not been here in about three years, but the menu was just about the same but did not disappoint. Loved the raw kingfish the best on this occasion, but the prawn wrapped in crunchy something was also a standout. Had a pineapple cocktail which went well with the fish/salty combination of dragon roll and wagyu beef. I like the... More

My boyfriend took me here for lunch for my birthday. The service was attentive and very friendly. We ordered the San choy baus to start with (one balmain bug and one soft shell crab), followed by the spider roll and prawn tempura roll. Our mains were the wagyu beef and the pork belly, dessert was the yuzu mousse. Every element... More
