Great wee spot

Dropped in here randomly whilst walking to the markets last weekend. Staff whilst they weren't oozing friendliness were professional and helpful and the food, especially the Mediterranean salad was fantastic. Well priced, great food

A friend and I ate lunch on a Tuesday when the café was practically empty. We received a friendly greeting and decided on a table on the balcony under a gas heater and ordered from the All Day Breakfast menu. My friend chose the Hot Clay Vegetarian Breakfast – "Delicious baked beans with asparagus, spinach, sundried tomatoes, garlic, onion, fresh... More

Arriving from the US & jet-lagged, we were looking for affordable food near the Holiday Inn Rocks - hard to find! Delicious & good variety with creative combinations. Even our fussy 14-yr-old liked his dish, spaghetti with chorizo. My barbeque pizza was good-sized & tasty. Prices were better there than anywhere else we found within 2 blocks of the hotel.... More

Loved the live music and very good service. Delicious barramundi and chorizo pizza. The meatballs were dry, however. Dessert was good. Enjoyed our lunch for a family of four, and would go back again. Reasonably priced, and great atmosphere.

We were wandering around the Rocks area looking for a late lunch place and the little balcony on this back street caught our attention. There are just a few table outside but they were all empty. We were serviced by the owner who was really nice. The pasta dish I got was perfection. My hubby loved his dish, also. The... More

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place for lunch as we enjoyed the sights, smells, and sounds of the Saturday Market of the Rocks district of Sydney. Wow, did we ever find what we were looking for in the Vintage Cafe! We were fortunate to find a table on the outdoor balcony overlooking the corner of Nurses... More

This little place was around the corner from where we stayed and we ended up there one night fro dinner and loved the service and food. It is a casual little place with great food and staff oh and dessert. Recommend the tarts for dessert which were traditional. Not pricey at all.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hole in the wall restaurant in the Rocks area of Sydney. We stayed in a hotel right nearby and thought to try it out. It was def. one of the best places in the Rocks area! The vegetarian pizza was delicious with a homemade crust and all fresh ingredients. I also love how one... More
