Classy and Vibrant

While I have been to Glass before, it has either been for Breakfast (Fantastic) or for Business Events (Very Good). This was a business lunch and the service, menu and value make it a clear choice for that more refined dining when it is called for.

Food was just wonderful - we had a group of 30 and they served us all together. Everyone complimented the food. Great for business or pleasure.

The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever enjoyed anywhere....it was incredible. I haven't eaten any other meals so can't comment, but I came in here for a quick breakfast and was still there an hour later. It needs to be enjoyed at leisure. The variety of options was staggering but I loved the small pots of yoghurt, the juicer,... More

Well, We assumed that this restaurant, being associated with the Hilton , would be a bit pricey but immaculate in terms of food and service. It wasn't. I had "grilled fish" ,a small piece of fish that tasted more boiled than grilled , with a few cubes of chopped fruit on the side . For approximately $50-. Despite booking we... More

Me and my partner dined at Glass last month for our anniversary. At first, we figured we would order off their a la carte menu but after seeing the 7 course degustation (it seemed to be better value for the range of dishes on offer) we couldn't resist! Every course was faultless - we had the amuse bouche (tuna tartare),... More

Pre-arrival: Booking was easy using their online system. Confirmation sms/email send within 5min of booking. Arrival: We were escorted to our seats within minutes of our arrival Food: Food was definitely well presented and delicious. The portion is on the larger end of the scale. Decor and ambience: The restaurant can get a bit crowded and noisy as the tables... More

Yes, it can be a lot better if I could see what was on the plate. The light at the table was so dim that we could not appreciate the quality if the food nor appreciate its fine presentation. The service is friendly and very efficient but at the end it was just scoffing down what was on the plate.... More

I had breakfast here one morning and found the food to be very good. They had a nice selection of both hot and cold foods. My table was near the front window so I had a nice view of George Street and all of the comings and goings that morning. Service was excellent.

While it can be a tad crammed, generally it is a lovely decor with high ceiling and sense of space. Food was good. Service was polite and prompt. A pleasing dining experience,

Was keen to try the restaurant as it was close to our hotel and knew of Luke Mangan. Unlike other celebrity chefs restaurants there is poor quality control in here. Four different staff members asked my wife in the space of 5 minutes if she was done with her entree despite her cutlery still being displayed that she was eating... More
