I would like to go back with more time

I went there in a rush, my fault. I have ordered a baby barramundi and it was great. tender, perfectly cooked, juicy and full of very strong flavours. the place was nice, though a bit noisy, and the service took some time - that was a pitty.

A client treated us to dinner in this beautiful restaurant and turned a meal into an experience. The sommelier was incredibly helpful and accommodating, as was the server. Don't miss the sashimi tapas. It was so great. I had the lamb and my colleague had the gnocchi and both were delicious.

We could not fault the service, food and wine. It started with a friendly arrival at the restaurant, Plenty of time to choose drinks, with a prompt arrival . My zucchini flowers were beautiful. My partners steak was cooked to perfection. And I must say the soufflé was the best I have had. Service was prompt , friendly and helpful... More

My wife and I lunched today at the Glass Brasserie - to celebrate her Birthday yesterday. We arrived a bit early so decided to have a drink at the Bar - prompt service and good drinks. Then shown to our table and our waiter - Burak - introduced himself and mentioned a couple of signature dishes for which the Hotel... More

Popped in for a quick bite before going to the State Theatre. We had two hours so no rush. Were seated well and greeted well. Orders were taken. Our drinks were taken care of by Mark the sommelier and even asked by another waiter if we needed drinks. Our oysters [12] were served promptly, but then our second dish seemed... More

Brekkie at the Glass Brasserie, is hands down the best breakfast I have had anywhere, starting with great staff, HUGE selection hot and cold, and will make anything you want, only little letdown was the pastries they were good but not excellent like the rest of the food. But be prepared to pay for this wonderful selection.

Four of us lunched here this week and I was very impressed. Yes it is expensive, but it was a memorable meal with memorable service (thanks Pierre). I will have it on my special occasion list from now on. Fillet steak to die for and unusual desserts which were beautifully plated. Roll on next visit.

From the moment you enter this restaurant looks amazing. The atmosphere of sheer class is a good reflection of the meal to come. Tables are spaced well enough apart to give plenty of room and not hear the conversation at the next table. Service is exceptional, prompt attention with a smile by staff who really know the menu. The steaks... More

We had Breakie at this location in January 2015. Large selection and only we had a big dinner the night before we would have had much more. Fresh juice selection is great as is the gluten free selection of pastries which I have never seen before at a Hilton Hotel or elsewhere. Good to see.
