Excellent Atmosphere

We were in the complex at the Marble Bar downstairs on a Sunday night, and after a long day, we decided to just stay at the complex and called for a dinner reservation. We were told that it is not needed and for us to just come up when we are done at the bar. Once there, we were seated... read more

Really great selection of lunch meals that were well priced. Very pleasant quiet and well (natural) lit room. Service was really good.

Went for dinner, reservation is a must. The restaurant is part of the Hilton Hotel and is always busy. Ambiance and decor is outstanding . If you get a table at night near the window you will be looking out to the softly lighted QVB( lovely). Service first class , waiter knowledgable and attentive. For starters we shared pan fried... Haven't had a bad meal here! Love it but it is on the pricier side. Great service and an interesting menu. Breakfast is also awesome.

I was looking forward to a repeat visit to Glass on a busy Saturday night. It was fairly lacklustre on a couple of fronts. My three friends all had the standard sirloin with hand cut chips and I had the duck breast with brusel sprouts. The hand cut chips were tough and inedible. My duck was just OK, flavours were... Located inside Hotel Hilton, with stunning views of the Queen Victoria Building, and with cutting edge decoration, this restaurant has everything it takes to be extraordinary. The food, however, left much to be desired. In spite of being very expensive, it is neither good nor inventive. The starter was the Gruyere Souffle, which comes with a very unseasoned salad on... I have eaten at Luke Mangan's Glass restaurant many times and it never disappoints. The food is of high quality with an excellent wine cellar to match every meal. I have eaten both meats and seafood and both were perfectly cooked and spiced. Most recently I enjoyed the Snapper fillet with crispy prawns and a Thai salad. Save room for... More

We had dinner the other day there and it was fantastic. I definitely recommend it for romantic dinners or even business appointments. In my opinion it is the one of the best restaurants I tried in Sydney

This restaurant is situated in the Sydney Hilton is conveniently located in central Sydney. It is a contemporary restaurant and has a good vibe. Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was generally good but not great. None of it stands out. The parmesan truffle fries at $13 were inedible. Given the price of entrees $20-30 and mains... More

The paella to share was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our wine glasses/water glasses were never empty. The atmosphere was nice despite being a restaurant located within a hotel. Don't forget to visit the Marble Bar downstairs before or after dinner for an amazing martini and historical atmosphere.
