Meticulous service with creative food.

Popped up to Sydney and met an old friend for lunch. This was her suggestion and it did not disappoint. It was very busy on this Friday afternoon but the service and the food were spot on. The presentation, the perfect balance of different flavours was a delight. Yes it costs a little more than... read more

As much as we continue to dine at Glass it continues to delight us. We booked an anniversary dinner here for Saturday night and had a very memorable night. For me one of the signs of a great restaurant is how they personalise the night and make it feel special rather than just another cover for them. Glass does this... More

Sensational service without being over baring. Food was delishous and the extra touch of complementary sparkling wine for our anniversary was a very special touch. They made us feel as welcome as any other guest. Would absolutely recommend. Well done to all!

The look of the Glass Brasserie still has the wow factor, as does of course, the view onto the QVB. What doesn't quite have the wow factor is the range of choices and the no freshly made food option I.e. For example, no omelettes. For the price there wasn't the range that you find in other 'swish' breakfast buffets. The... More

I had a celebration dinner at this restaurant, we were 6 people in total. This is one of many meals that I've had at the Glass Brasserie and they never disappoint. The staff know their stuff, the food is always good and I enjoy the atmosphere. It cost a bucket to go there but well worth it. Do not waste... More

The food is awesome - I have had breakfast, lunch, dinner and attended a wine and cheese function at Glass and have never been disappointed. I can't express how much I love dining here. My number one pick every time.

Glass is a cut above most restaurants in Sydney. Spacious, no pushiness to squeeze 2 sittings per night as some celeb chef's restaurants try to do. Very professional staff (as you should expect) very nice decor and comfortable seating. We both had 3 courses. The scallops are to die for. the best I have had. My partner had Kingfish sashimi... To celebrate our 2 year anniversary, I wanted to book something special and considering we had just spent the afternoon at the Spa inside the Hilton hotel, it was a perfect location to book Glass Brasserie. I booked our table via the website and at the bottom, there was a special comments section which I indicated was our anniversary. I... More

Had an amazing time, the atmosphere is relaxing yet inviting, the staff are excellent and professional, especially the manager, Justin, who's hospitality goes beyond words. The dishes were gorgeous, the Moreton Bay Bugs with Pork Belly, Crab Omelette, and the desserts were to die for!

We had the pleasure and privilege to dine at the Hilton Grass Brassiere several times, and always experienced some of the best food , wine and service in Sydney. We normally dine there with friends who are world Travellers ,who experienced Global good food.Sadly on our last visit, we obviously made a wrong choice, ordering Liquorice and lime bombe Alaska...
