This is our second visit and it was better even than our first time. You could be in Bangkok and you don't have to close your eyes to get the feeling. This place is frequented by Thai people in droves. They know good Thai and this is the best indication you can get. Well priced really fresh and fast service,... More

amazing, authentic thai food, great service. We don't dine anywhere else in Sydney. You can book a table which normally seats you upstairs on the mezzanine level, they do have limited space so book in early. The Phad Prik King is our favourite dish as well as the Soft Shell Crab Yellow Curry. Must have the Sticky Coconut Rice with... More

We were walking past looking for a quick brunch before heading to the airport. There was a queue to get into Chat Thai, and that was a good enough commendation for us. This place is small. And cramped. Cheek to jowl with your fellow diners, in fact. Service was pretty good, although it did feel a bit like organised chaos... More

This restaurant was located just a stone's throw away from our hotel but the queue was always long so we decided to just order take away. Which is a good thing because you can leave your order and just come back after a few mintues! Take a few strolls around downtown and your food is ready for pick-up before you... More

It would be ok if you don't mind eating in the crowded restaurant, all dishes taste good but because I forget to remind them about milder chilli taste I cannot eat this chicken curry.Oh also ! don't forget to check the bill for some added charges for the dishes that have never arrived to your table

I've eaten at the Coogee and Sydney restaurants a number of times and food is always amazing. Coogee restaurant is a little small but a wait for a seat is worth it!

We love Thai food, and I'm a reasonably dab hand at it when I cook at home so it always great to go out and eat the dishes that I never could execute. Chat Thai is consistently good, the flavours are pungent and the atmosphere is good. Beat the queues and go late, they're open until 2am and getting a... More

I decided upon this place based on the good reviews.. The interior was great, and it was a busy wee place. To be honest the food was average. I certainly wasn't wowed and wouldn't recommend any more than average based on this.. A tip if you do go .. if you order a starter and a main tell the waitress... More

Stumbled across this Gem. Very tiny restaurant, very busy, but worth the wait. Fab food and very very reasonable prices. Their take away was also very good - Great value for money and food will not disappoint !
