make the drive and try this restaurant. It is fantastic. Best ever lemon chicken - absolutely delicious. Have been here with friends, extended family and immediate family. Everyone loves . The prices are so reasonable for the quality and quantity of food received. With the immediate family (younger kids) we usually go for an early dinner as it can get... More

I had lemon garlic chicken and Lebanese Kebbe Nayeh and I loved it. It was a great experience at Al Aseel Lebanese restaurant in Lakemba and me and my mates enjoyed every minute of it, the staff were wonderful and the service was great and on top of the good feed that we had we were served with a plate... We've been here many times & enjoyed a big meal. Upon recommendation by the staff, I ordered the lamb mansaf (there's 2 but I got the one on the bone). It was tender & delicious. So juicy, my husband & I were fighting over it. The al aseel mixed platter is always generous. When you sit down there's always Lebanese... More

Readers of my reviews will know I am vegetarian so cannot comment on the meat or fish dishes. We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls, spinach and cheese triangles, falafel, stuffed vine leaves and hoummus with pine nuts. Everything was excellent but the absolute stand out was the hoummus and pine nuts. Service was great. As soon as we walked in,... More

I have dined at the Al Aseel restaurants a few times and vowed not to go back. For some reason I decided to give them another chance and even tried their takeaway joint in the CBD. Each time I've dined I have been nothing other than disappointed with both the food and service. A lack of flavour and dried food... More

We normally go to Al Aseel resturants in Sydney. This time we had late lunch (Lakemba store) and ordered multiple dishes including Kefta, mixed grill, kebbe nyeh and mansaf. The meat on all dishes had bad smell and tasted awful. We had to send back 3 dishes and politely complained and informed the waiter, the chef and their supplier in Greenacres... More
