Tried a yellow style seafood curry with prawns, scallops and fish in it and the flavours were beautiful. Topped off with some beautiful naan bread and some spectacularly fluffy tasty rice. We have visited the Zaaffran on several occasions. Each time the quality of the food has been superb: spices balanced, flavours follow each other and the effect of the chilli is noted after the other tastes are subsiding. Wine list complements the menu. Staff attentive, courteous and knowledgable.

I keep going back to Zaaffran whenever I'm in Sydney - taking the long walk over from the CBD to enjoy the good food and great views. It's not the cheapest Indian restaurant in town, but the modern feel and the good food make it worth the money and the walk.

We had a party of around 40 people on the outdoor terrace. The food was good and service was good. People wanted to sit around and talk longer, but the restaurant needed to set up for dinner - so we were ushered out.
