My gorgeous friend and I had a wonderful experience at the QVB tea room. It's a stunning location with a great atmosphere. We enjoyed rose tea with scrumptious sweets and savoury's. I would definitely recommend this lovely place for an afternoon.

From such a beautiful room I should have expected no less, but man what a room! The chandeliers are enormous and beautiful. There are dining tables and chairs but also lounge style chairs and tables. We were there for lunch and opted not to have the high tea, first mistake. They have a special of the day which both my... More

A girlfriend and I met here for a little 'celebration; and I expected more following a previous visit. We were efficiently led to our table by a gentlemen and all started very well. We ordered the French champagne option and were told that the 'champagne' would be brought along first followed by the rest. In reality, the champagne (piccolo bottles)... More

Service staff were excellent. The atmosphere of old worldly decor and porcelain tea set added to our morning tea adventure. The teas we chose were from an extensive list and arrived with a 3 teared serving tray covered in yummy bits plus a plate of scones. Everything was perfect, our only suggestion would be more savoury items would be good... More

If you want to be treated like royalty with a wonderful atmosphere and great food please head here. The managers were on the ball in making sure the staff provided nothing but a 5 star service.

Based on the other reviews stick with the high tea. We ordered a meal. Although a good meal it was too slow and not worth the price. The table we were on was not a dining table with bars underneath making it difficult to sit. The odd flower in a vase might add something to the dining tables. Overall the... More

The setting is lovely, memories of past days. But for $42 a head I expected more. I got the feeling and taste that the CUT sandwiches were made much earlier and covered with plastic to retain freshness. The absolute freshness I expected just wasn't there. also, this is my personal opinion, for me I would have liked more of a... More

I loved this experience. The staff were very accommodating and the person that served our table informed us that she was brand new and would call a more experienced person if we required. The menu for food and drink is very varied. The selection of available teas was staggering. I chose the high tea and my daughter had the duck... More
