Hours: Mon-Fri 6:30am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-3:30pm We are a Sydney-based roaster and have a cafe in Surry Hills that some lovely folks have gone so far as to call 'legendary'. Our coffee is responsibly sourced and for the most part responsibly consumed. We are driven. Which could have something to do with the amount of coffee we consume. We aim to inspire coffee passion and exploration, to raise the bar and have customers who don't mind that we're a touch nuts. Our quality standards are uncompromising. For all our joking around, we take the coffee, food and service seriously.

Fantastic

Small coffee shop which we visited purely on reputation. Served promptly by friendly warm staff who obviously know their product well. Coffee was a Kenyan blend, could not fault a thing, I had the perfect espresso.

Best coffee in the city by far! I'm often in the area for work and always get a cup of joe here on my way to conferences and seminars. Consistent high standard!

The banana bread is absolutely amazing. I was on the hunt for the best banana bread in Sydney in my short span of my 2 day vacation (I will be back). I have tried 5 different banana breads before I came across this amazing banana bread which is served toasted with ESPRESSO butter. It does not come cheap, at $6,... More

Popped in here for breakfast. Busy little place with indoor and outdoor seating with pretty good coffee and small but nice breakfast selection that's very well priced. The espresso grind changes weekly and move was very good. Had a flat white after which wasn't hot enough.

It was pleasant enough but the lunch menu was a bit limited. Nothing wrong with the food or the coffee. It is surrounded by loads of cafes - although it did have the biggest crowd for morning coffee so thats probably a clue

Unsurprisingly, the coffee was excellent. Somewhat more surprisingly, so was breakfast. We had the bacon and egg burger with a unique mayo, and the avo on toast, and both were among the better breakfasts we've had! Wait staff friendly and unobtrusive. Some heaters would be welcome, was freezing!

I say arguably because some may disagree. To me it's the best. Food, service, the rest just as spectacular. Love love love this place and have yet to see anywhere that can de-throne it Sydney wide.

This place never makes a bad coffee. They have a sit down cafe option or a takeaway stand for those in a rush. It's worth the trip for the coffee

The guys here are all too happy to oblige your coffee request. A trend I've noticed with newer, funkier cafes these days is the genuine interest in creating the customer's perfect coffee- to the point where they'll make it again if you don't like it. Well I loved my latte just fine and my pineapple chilli Bircher hit the spot.... More

Superb coffee & the banana bread with espresso butter was delicious. This place is certainly one of my favorites, it's simply the best in town!!
