great chocolate, but messy tables

Always love going to Max brenner and i usually get the Mexican spicy hot chocolate which i highly recommend, the only problem i have is that more often than not i have to clear my own table when i sit. as the staff are usually too busy, put an extra staff member on during those busy times please.

Wherever you go in the world and you visit Max Brenner, you always get the best chocolate in town. Try the hot chocolate (dark or milk) and you won't be disappointed.

Being fond of hot chocolate we decided to try Max Brenner for a change from Lindt and Guylian. We had Mexican Spicy hot chocolate which was certainly not spicy and a make your own hot chocolate. Mexican chocolate congers up flavors of cinnamon and chili spices but neither of these was anywhere in the Mexican Spicy. The make your own... More

My wife and I ordered two lattes a the Macquarie shop on Good Friday 3/4/15 at 3.15pm as we were waiting for the movie to start at 3.30pm. 20mins later we were still waiting and I was going to cancel the order but then I said to the barista to instead give them to us in a takeaway cup. When... More

First time to Max Brenners. Not the flashest place but the chocolate was yummy. Staff were polite but I wouldn't say friendly. The salted choc tart was delicious and the strawberries with dipping pot of chocolate, divine. Strawberries not large & not super fresh, but not bad either. There were flies inside which can't be helped as there's open doors... More

If you are a chocolate lover Max Brenner is one place you must visit. Every dish is a masterpiece and my favourite are melting heart cake, chocolate dips and choco popz.

I am never going to come back to Castle Hill Max Brenner again. I have been here few times on weekends and weekdays. I had to wait for 45 min for a cup of coffee and it was served cold. They are short of staff over weekends, trying to save money when it's the most busy time of the week.

Absolutely awful. I shouldn't even bother wasting my energy on details but here goes...it was a very cold winter night, around 10.30/11pm. We stopped in for dessert...there was no indoor seating free & no queue system to get a table. It was very busy so regardless of the fact we had no table (and really wanted/needed to sit inside) one... More
