A little indulgence once in a while is a visit to Max's... it could be as simple as a hot chocolate and one of those unbelievable brownies, or maybe go for the chocolate fondue if your sharing with a friend!

The waitress could barely understand us, the food was ordinary and the chocolate not any better than Cadbury.

Max Brenner is a cool experience as the stores are all decorated with little chocolates and history of the shop. In saying this it's a place you would go to once and then not need to go again for a while, as the menu doesn't change norIf does the scenery. It's more of a tourist attraction or just a meeting... It smelled so wonderful when we walked in and it was interesting to look at all the displays. Probably not a place I would recommend as the ultimate destination but if you are near it, it is worth stopping.

I just stopped by Max Brenner just for an Iced Chocolate, sadly they didn't do them so I had a Frappe instead. It was delicious, really thick and chocolatey. The cafe is really cool and the food looked amazing!

I 've been to this cafe bar's branch at the Macquarie Shopping center with the family. the place is well decorated and nice relaxing stay. Belgian waffle was amazingly prepared with molten chocolate. Another sort of muffin with cinnamon was also nicely tasting. However, coffee/cappuccino is not as good as the sweets. It might be because of the coffee beans... More
