Tasty, awesome views

We ordered the half dozen oysters (natural) and the spicy one. Spicy was meant to taste like thai food but u guess they can't make anything too spicy. While tasty, it didn't live up to expectations. Chips were yummy! Huge generous servings. Outdoor seating style is nice. Excellent... read more

Walking around circular quay in Sydney we came across this great seafood restaurant and bar. Plates laden with choices and fresh fresh fresh.... No reservation needed for lunch although we did get there before the rush. A table right down by the water meant we had prime viewing of all the ferries going in and out of the Harbour. Great... We had this restaurant on our list of places to eat before we even got to Australia! By fluke, we happened to walk by it and decided to stop in for lunch. We managed to get a table without reservations and the oysters and food were great! The service, however, was not nearly as good as the food.

Incredible setting, centrally located, fresh seafood and friendly service! The quality for the price was a match. Nice menu selections and great wine list. The tiger prawn linguine was delicious! Only complaint….we felt a bit rushed.

This should work, but as a function of being right in the middle of C Quay tourist trail, the Junior Service Staff and the quality of the oysters couldn't justify the price. Better off at the Seafood Market at Pyrmont, and adding a lemon, some black pepper and a picnic blanet to take with your oysters to a harbouside park.

Great food, fabulous service and capped off by Sydney's Viv'd. Reasonable prices and good quality food. Very unexpected in a high traffic high tourist destination.

What a wonderful evening! Sitting on the harbour sidewalk. Great service. Vivid impressing all. The wine list is slightly on the expensive side but the $54 bottle of Barossa red, although one of the cheapest, was a smooth excellent wine. We had the tapas (only available before 5.30) and it was very good value and definitely the way to begin... More

Excellent meals at a reasonable price served by friendly, helpful staff in one of Sydney's most amazing locations, what more could you want? There was a bit of table shuffling when the rain started, highlighting the fact that a couple more umbrellas might not go amiss. Our waiter was more than happy to move us to a drier location but... If you want to spoil yourself and your partner and you love seafood this is the place to go. Have some wonderful Sydney Rock Oysters (natural is best) followed by the dish of your choice and washed down with a crisp white wine. Drool over the view and spend an hour or two in paradise. On a warm sunny day... More
