The hotel concierge sent us here and it was our best meal in Sydney. Unusual and large portions of fish--the grilled scampi and fried soft shell crab were both amazing. Service also excellent. It is a small, casual venue so be sure to get a reservation.

Had a really enjoyable meal here last night. Staff friendly and attentive without crowding us. Food delicious. Worth doing the shared starters where you can pick tasters of any 4 from the menu (spoilt for choice but the scallops and calamari were particularly good). Mains excellent too but others have detailed those already. Quite pricey at $200 for three courses... More

We had the black mussels to start which were lovely. The fish for our main course was very fresh. Really good value we thought, service excellent and the staff very friendly.

Very popular with repeat diners. It's a quaint little place that looks like a converted house to restaurant. The atmosphere and service is unpretentious and casual. Great crab cake.

Friendly service. Fantastic starters. Good main courses. Delicious desserts. What more can one ask for? We got a table upstairs, very quiet and relaxed. Seemed a bit more lively downstairs. Up to you what you prefer...

We took my son there for his 22nd birthday on New Year's Eve, with my daughter, her boyfriend and my husband. It was suitably special, and the people on the balcony let us watch the 9 p.m. fireworks which was kind of them and fab for us. Great oysters for a starter, we all tried something different for mains, and... More

We tried to have dinner our first night without a booking and couldn't get into this small, cozy restaurant in The Rocks. So we made a booking for the next night and looked forward to fresh fish all day. We ordered the special shellfish platter and were disappointed both in taste/quality and value. The only standout was the "bugs," which... More

Charming little restaurant with good service and a small, but discrete menu of fish and seafood. The prawn and vegetable stuffed Barramundi with a red curry sauce and steamed rice is a great signature dish. Desserts were nice. Portions are not large, but quite richly flavored

This was a perfect meal! My adult son and I were searching for seafood for dinner; we read the reviews on Tripadvisor and took a chance. We were not disappointed! Food was deliciously prepared and very fresh.

Quick review: definitely recommended, food was excellent, service good and friendly. Be sure to book in advance. Full review: Decided to go here on the spur of the moment, luckily got a table for the same evening. The food is really fresh and very creatively prepared. The staff are very friendly and the ambience is just right. We started with... More
