I visited here with a local who was fairly succinct in his opinion that this is the ace for Peking duck but nothing else on the menu comes close! Have to agree the duck was delicious - 12 very decent serves and the remainder made into 4 BIG San Choi Bau. It was a massive meal for 2 and I... More

BBQ King is not expensive, and it is also not where you go for beef and black beans. As mentioned in a slightly earlier review, it's all about the pork and duck and little else. Enjoy some Tsing Tao, order BBQ pork or duck with rice or dry noodles (still only $13 after all these years), ask for the cut... More

The menu is extensive and comes with a good selection of teas, wines and beers. The restaurant has a no frills décor but the food is tasty. Pork, rice and steamed greens, along with a beer came to $20 for lunch.

Into BBQ King for what they are renown for, the Peking Duck. There were 6 hungry duck eaters, so we ordered 3x 2 Course Peking duck + a serve of BBQ Pork to start us off. The waitress took a little convincing that we wanted 3 ducks, but we eventually convinced her that we would manage to deal with the... More

I just wonder how people in 2014 can eat in such a place. For my opinion is not a restaurant.....take a look how clean is the shop before you eat there. Can you imagine the cuisine ? Good luck !

This is a no frills, good food Chinese restaurant. The service was efficient and polite. The food was excellent. BYO wine with a corkage price per person so take a good bottle with you. We ordered a banquet for 3 so don't be put off by the menu saying min 4 persons. That way you get a good variety.

been here several times over the years, on my own & with friends. Good for meat & rice dishes. Dirt cheap when with large groups and BYO wine. Don't expect anything special but a good authentic bbq Chinese feed. Worth a visit.
