Great pre-show dinner

My wife I had have been here many times when catching a show at the opera house. In this most recent visit, we were seeing a play. We generally don't book as there always seem to be tables. On this occasion, we chose an inside table as it was a little nippy. We had about an hour so chose a... read more

I visited the restaurant in April with my Mum before the ballet. They asked us if we were heading to the ballet and hurried our food to make sure we could eat and make it to the show with plenty of time. The food was delicious. The staff were excellent. I can't rate the restaurant highly enough.

Great views, great service and an impressive menu make this one of my favourite places to eat out in Sydney. Incredibly well priced considering the location with a fabulous selection of vegetarian, seafood and meat. Heaters outside allow for year round dining.

We met friends for dinner before a performance at the Opera House. The staff was attentive and responsive when we asked to change tables to escape a draft, and when we were ready to order, the order was taken quickly. And the food came... For four people we had three main courses with rice. That was ample. We did have... More

Not a restaurant that I would return to, we walked Into to book a specific table post the movies. We returned three hours later at the booked time to find people sitting at it. At the back of the restaurant was a member of staff asleep, head back, mouth wide open snoring ! Saturday afternoon ! The food was bland... More

Ate here recently before a show at the Opera house. Very efficient and good pleasant service. The food was fresh and flavoursome. A huge choice on the menu and the wine list was reasonable. A good choice for pre-theatre. And the location, looking out over the harbour is hard to beat. AND heaters on a cool night made eating outside... More

Visited with friends. Busy, fast, pushy but hey .. it is a Chinese resto looking to turn tables asap during Vivid Sydney. Apart from that the food was very good and I have spend time in China. Being European and bored by the blanding down of Chinese food, it was great to find some authentic tastes here. Not the original... More

We enjoyed the views of the thousands walking by for Vivid Sydney as we sat outside under a heated umbrella. Chicken, vegetable, noodle, rice dishes all plentiful and prepared with fresh vegetables.

Very good Chinese flavour in a world top location, facing the SOH and Bay Bridge. The 66 AUD banquet menu is a fantastic deal with 2 starters and 5 main dishes. Very good service. It can be very noisy on busy days.

Was here with a big group of people ( both Chinese and Westerners) for business dinner. Obviously it is a Cantonese restaurant. As a visitor from Hong Kong, I cant say the food is very authentic at all. In general the food is average and tends to be a bit salty. But given that the outdoor seating area is facing... More
