Been here so many times and Harry's is the go to place for a meat pie and mashed potato and mashed peas with gravy on top! You would not regret it! It is located in various places and if it's your first time trying out a meal pie in Australia I would recommend coming here. The prices a fairly reasonable... More

An institution that's now become a tourist attraction. Plenty of pies but not as good as they use to be. Even hotdogs on offer now. Good late night spot to soak up the alcohol and you can even grab a cab here in the busy times, just ask one of the cabbies as he has his pie.

Whenever we visit from Melbourne we always visit Sydney's iconic Harry's Cafe de Wheels! Yes I know it's only a pie but it's a great value pie with a bit of Sydney history! They were filming a TV commercial at Harrys Cafe de Wheels when we visited and we both appear in the background. Very friendly and fast service -... More

If you are in Sydney by the waterfront, make a point of stopping by this sidewalk "food truck". This is the place you get an opportunity to try the Australians' version of something comparable to the good old American hamburger (but much more gourmet)--The meat pie! They have many choices to offer with a great fillings and different toppings. All... More

This is a very famous Eatery and sells the most mouth watering pies, mash and peas. Ask for their Tiger pie. You will not be disappointed or try their huge chilli hot dogs. Just right after a great night out somewhere.!

An Australian friend told me to be sure to try the meat pies in Sydney before I left. By luck, another friend was showing me around the eastern suburbs and told me he was taking me to Harry's for pie. I tried a meat pie with smashy peas on top and another with meat, sweet potatoes and vegetables. Thanks to... More

This is one of the street food places to go in Sydney. As mentioned in other reviews, it really is an institution, and it can only stay an institution by serving quality, which is does. There are a selection of fillings and sides, but the Tiger is what to go for, as the beef is great and cooked well, with... More

I'm not a big fan generally of pies, however, I was very impressed with Harry's. I ordered the beef Tiger pie with mushy peas and gravy and it was delicious! No fat, no gristle, just tender, lean beef. Go Harry!! I'll be back.
