An icon food place

I had a hotdog there and it was really good, tasty and with beans on it. It's not expensive at all! Totally worth it

This was our first taste of lunch Australian style, something that we don't get at home. We came across this chain the day before when we were in Bondi Beach. Of course we had to go there again for an encore! I had the Chicken Curry Pie, my husband had the Sausage Roll.

The best thing about the coffee was that it was in fact coffee. One bad about it was the person who made it, who was more interested in chatting up another customer than dealing with me. The worst part was just how bad the coffee was. McDonald's or Starbucks is to this coffee as the finest artisanal italian espresso in... More

This was a tiny take out place. We went for lunch one day. This is not my kind of eatery or food. I tried a meat pie and didn't care for it.

If you're trying to stick with your diet plan, don't eat here. If you want to treat yourself to truly tasty Australian/British fare, eat at Harry's! If you want to kick it up a notch, order the "tiger" which adds mashed potatoes, mushy peas and gravy to whatever pie variety you choose. You won't believe how much flavor it adds.... More

We decided to go here because it's apparently a Sydney institution. We had a pie, a chili dog and chili fries. It was all pretty standard really. The pie was far from the best I've had...probably wouldn't have a pie from there again. The chili dog was enjoyable, but nothing special. The best part was the chili fries. The chips... More

I had to make the trek to try out Harry legendary pie , mashed potato , Manchester caviar " Mushy peas" and gravy Don't get me wrong I finished the lot but it was just a normal pie with his signature toppings on top The punters love them so well done Harry you are living the pie dream. Some of... More

Very charming deli-stand right by the water. Serves pies and hot dogs. I had my first real Aussie pie 'n pies here, and I expect I will be back for more before I leave Sydney again. It tastes great. Only real detractor is that construction was going on behind the stand, so the view over the harbor was obstructed while... More

This is the Original Food Truck! Get the Tiger Pie, which is a choice of any meat pies they have (I chose the Steak Pie), top with mashed potatoes, mashed peas and drown in gravy. This is a meal in itself. The portion seems more if you are from North America but it is very filling and delicious. Try to... More

Cheap food. Open late (till 2am.) Mashed potato and gravy were nice but pies just tasted like cheap pies. Perfectly edible but nothing special.
