We were here on a Thursday night, the staff is extremely friendly and nice. Sadly the food was not good, when I asked for bread they said they had run out of it. The pizzas were looking great but they were tasteless, we tried the margarita and the "chicken pesto".

Walking down Kent street in Sydney, just down from our hotel, we spied the "Lucetta" restaurant. From the street it looked nice and the people inside, it was open aired, looked like they were enjoying themselves. I''m a lasagne lover so I ordered the "Meat Lasagne" and my wife order a penne pasta. Our dishes were OK, just not great.... More

Had a great meal there last night. The food was delicious - we had a variety of pizzas, salad and pastas - it was all very good. The pesto was made with pine nuts - which to me is a sign of good quality pesto i.e. with no addition of other cheaper nuts which is always an issue for people... More

First visit based on TripAdvisor reviews. Inviting Italian decor with indoor and outdoor seating. Set menu and a la carte. We had garlic bread and a variety of pizzas, Casear salad, pasta pesto and blue cheese gnocchi. The food was excellent, pizzas substantial with generous toppings and good sized pasta. Very reasonably priced. Friendly, efficient service. No hesitation in recommending.

My wife and I went there for an evening meal and were pleasantly surprised - affordable, large portions and good food. Small corkage fee ($2.50 - which we were not charged) to bring your own wine and a casual atmosphere. I would return as it was one of the more cost effective dinners we had on the trip. Service was... More

Stopped here for a morning coffee ( they also offered a free chilled bottle of water to have at my table, definite bonus in the heat!) and to get my bearings, very friendly helpful staff. After 2 hour walk came back passed and decided to stop for lunch as busy with a nice relaxed atmosphere.Very reasonable set lunch at $14.50,... More

We were staying near by and came upon this place by chance. We have been back 3 times. Food is excellent, service is excellent. Staff are particularly friendly. This family business deserves to be successful. The lady who is front of house has a permanent smile on her face, knows how to greet people and say good bye as they... More

My wife and I reserved a table for an 8:00PM dinner. The restaurant was crowded but the table was ready on time and everything started downhill from there. The restaurant is small and although there were several servers, they were all very rushed with unclear accountability for each table. Several times we heard "I'll be right back" which became a... we were recommended this place by some locals we met on top of the MCA building at the bar – itself a great experience with a wonderful view. Although it is part of a large hotel building it has the feel of a local family style restaurant with very good food and warm and friendly decor. Much better choice than... More
