I booked this restaurant a couple of weeks ahead through the Shangrila Hotel (where we were staying). The view was great. The soup served in small cup before entree was delicious - not sure the name of the soup because the french accent of the waiter. From the moment you step out of the lift you are treated like royalty. Make sure Tim the Asst Manager looks after you he is amazing.
