Went here for a family birthday dinner and the food is still great - consistent, good value and very friendly service. BYO and the set menu is great - couldn't finish it - despite having teenage boys Hoovering up most leftovers. Humous, babganoush and tabouleh are delicious. ,

The Prophet has everything - a mysterious name, the freshest and most delicious lebanese cuisine, a cozy, friendly atmosphere, efficient sevice and a great host. We've been visiting The Prophet for a pre-theatre dinner before watching a play at the Belvoir Theatre nearby (in Belvoir Street) for as long as we can remember, and ever since the Blevoir moved there.... I've been to this restaurant about four times and it is always fantastic! The service is great and the food is plentiful and authentic. It is well-priced and BYO. On each occasion we've had the banquet which is $33 per head. So much food that we always struggle to eat everything!

Wanted to try something new while staying nearby, came across this restaurant that also had good reviews. We're graciously greeted by the waiter, and felt very welcomed. Received delicious Lebanese bread and ordered the mixed tasting plate. Best decision, as we got to taste a great selection of foods available on the menu, all tasted very fresh and with lots... More

I am a regular diner At the prophet. It offers fresh consistent Lebanese food and good service from a family run restaurant.

Labne, hummus and babaganoush were delicious. The lebanese bread and chillies were an added bonus. They have a downstairs and upstairs section (indoor restaurant only). Only order one dip or eat less bread otherwise you will be too full to enjoy the main meals. Low key restaurant near 505 where we went to watch a show, parking not too hard... More

family owned and run. Mom is cooking the food, the son is very gently serving the tables. great great Babaganoush and the hummous. Exceptional Kafta e kebab, probably one of the best libanese food ever had. It's not a max vote just for the appearance of the location and because it is NOT lycensed. Price around 30$ for a full... Great fresh fully flavoured cuisine . A must if you enjoy Lebanese food. And if I were you, I'd order extra to take home!
