Right by the overseas passenger terminal on Circular Quay (and just below the Rocks), this restaurant overlooks the quay from the balcony of the upstairs canteen. Upstairs is a freindly, no-fuss canteen with limited menu choice. Downstairs is the more formal restaurant, which we did not try. The food was excellent and the service very friendly. more
