Well Cooked Seafood

Nice location in Darling Harbor. The waitress looking after us seemed to be new as it took a while to ensure that our order was accurate. In saying this one of her colleague identified the issue and helped her through the rest of the service which was good to see the support. Food was cooked very... read more

The food is beautiful, even their steaks, which is surprising for a seafood restaurant. The view is to die for and so close to the water, you can really smell the sea. Lastly, the service is phenomenal, especially the Maitre'd, Tony.

What a great venue! Stunning views of Cockle Bay. The service is amazing from the moment you are greeted until you leave. You aren't packed in like sardines either! The menu choices are great and when you receive your food the presentation is great. Quality is supreme....... New family fave!

Great view seating outside and have some seafood snaps . Food tastes no surprise, and the view makes it popular I think.

Celebrated my birthday at this lovely restaurant. What a treat with baby Barramundi then Mango mouse with panacotta. My husband had the seafood basket and loved it. The atmosphere was magic & staff very efficient & friendly.

I'm a regular visitor to Sydney and every time I try to get to Nick's and every time have the sea bugs. Without doubt, these are the standout thing on the menu. however they are expensive (I think over $65 from memory). This is obviously linked to the location but in the early week it is rarely even half full... More

Chose this restaurant after checking out the menu at the front of the restaurant. We arrived before the restaurant officially opened and followed the staff suggestion to have a drink in the bar "next door" which is part of the same establishment. Selected a table by the promenade so we could "people watch" while we waited for our meal and... More

As much as I like this restaurant it does seem extroadinarily expensive for what it is. The pictured plater a good example at $130. The Cloudy Bay Savignon Blanc was $76 a bottle and we had perhaps ten bottles from our group of ten guests. Food okay but expensive, wine likewise, service very slow. I'm afraid I can only give... Walking along Cockle Bay Wharf in Darling Harbor in Sydney you have your choice of places to enjoy food. We picked Nicks because of their seafood choices. They are part of a 6 restaurant & bar group in Sydney. We enjoyed the garlic bread, seafood chowder, baby octupus, and scrumptious mussels. All of the seafood was tasty with the right... More
