Overall a very positive experience. The staff is very professional, the location and atmosphere really great (surprisingly not formal for this type of dining venue, which we enjoyed), and the food just enough creative to keep us on our toes and enjoy something different! What a rip off! If they hadn't brought us lots of bread (which we probably paid extra for) we'd have been going out for a pie floater afterwards. Foams, mousses, jellies, purees, spheres... and simple presentation seem to be the story of the evening.
