My boyfriend took me to Billy Kwong's as a surprise for my birthday dinner just recently. He warned me that we would be sitting at the bar, as the tables were all booked out - and it was all for good reason! I actually enjoyed sitting at the bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, I found the bar... More

This was a last minute decision to eat here. It was fantastic. We were seated in minutes and the waitress did a great job going through the menu and specials. We could talk and eat and drink without any rush. We were sitting at the bar and we could watch the chefs mix and steam and put the amazing dishes... More

Delicious and lovely setting at new Potts Point location. We thoroughly enjoyed the Orange duck, fried rice, sang choy bao and steamed John Dory. Great service and waiter was very knowledgable of the menu. They now take bookings which is great.

visited this restaurant with 5 friends. Very interesting menu - we chose the duck, wallaby tail, pork buns together with a couple of dishes on the specials menu. All dishes had a very interesting flavour. Atmosphere was very buzzy and the staff fantastic. Wine list as interesting as the menu.

We travelled from Brisbane to eat here and weren't disappointed. Our group tried many delicious things on the menu and argued over the best, but I'm writing the review so do yourself a favour and try the pork buns. I love how Kylie is incorporating Australian native ingredients into Asian food.

If you want your tastebuds to dance as you venture through the spicy, sweet and sour world of Kylie Kwong's modern interpretation of Chinese cuisine then you should most likely visit Billy Kwong. This restaurant has been so consistent with food to such an impressive standard for so many years that I can only marvel at the operation which is... More

Specials menu was very hard to read with the handwriting. Luckily the waitress went through it with us. We were recommended the crispy skin duck in plum sauce. Was very glad to have chosen this dish. Absolutely worth the hype. The sauce was amazing. Duck was very tasty too. We also ordered a fried John Dory. Very delicious as well.... More

After a specials menu that was handwritten and impossible to read the staff member did a great job explaining it but what a disappointment! The crab and prawn dish were like four marbles in a dish and tasteless@$24, the duck was totally over cooked and not tasty @$45. I would not recommend or return as quality and quantity not there.
