So Billy Kwong declares and I can't help but agree. They showcase authentic Australian/ Chinese cuisine with sustainable fresh produce ..honey from the rooftop of the wayside Chapel, herbs from a local preschool. It's a very busy and pretty noisy restaurant but we had been warned it was noisy. We started with Sung Choi Bao of pork, ginger and mushrooms... More

After much anticipation this has to be letdown of the year. On entry the restaurant had an unusual foul stale and almost cats-pee odour about it which, like with wine, should indicate what to expect on the palate. The decor is what one might call 'nondescript' with no real warmth. The 'open style' kitchen is now passe and being seated... More

Outstanding service and great food. This place is a steal for the quality and quantity of food. Servers are attentive, helpful, and food comes out quickly. Drinks selection is amongst the best. Kylie Kwong is simply a delight to see, and approachable. Well worth multiple visits.

Just finished the most AMAZING dinner at Billy Kwong's. Chose the 7 course option and after 11 courses we could not have been more happy. Fantastic night. Highly recommend!

Last week we had a couple from San Francisco visiting and wanted to impress them with something different. The food and service where excellent. The menu was interesting and included a mix of unusual Australian ingredients like salt bush and wallaby. All choices were delicious. the wait service was impeccable, helpful, patient and unobtrusive. Kylie was in charge in the... More

This is. Restaurant experience not to e missed. We seemed to eat lots but didn't leave bloated. Such an interesting blend of flavours. Beautifully light. Nothing I've ever tasted before. Sommelier who really knew her stuff. It's not cheap, so don't go looking for a cheap heavy Asian meal. a estuary the for special occasions. I wouldn't want to spoilt... More

The New Billy Kwong is absolutely superb. As expected excellent asian cuisine and a delightfully eclectic wine list - best to ask the sommelier for advice. Terrific and friendly service - even when busy it is fast and slick

We had a group of twelve friends get together for a reunion and we had Kylies set menu and the food was truly amazing. All the dishes were so flavoursome and did not disappoint our hungry appetites as we were there for a late sitting. My favourite dishes were the steamed pork buns and crispy duck and steamed fish. The pannacotta with ginger...
