Asian native food fusion.

Service excellent, food devine. 7 course degustation well worth it. Pretty good wine list, some designed specifically for the restaurant. Great fusion of asian and native ingredients. Great atmosphere and seeing Kylie Kwong running the pass an extra bonuse.

Chefs choice set menu was great value and delicious. Sit at the bar to watch all the action in the kitchen. The signature duck dish is absolutely divine, I will be back. Great cocktails. Very friendly, efficient staff.

Amazing food - we ordered the chef's choice thing for $75 a head - great value, variety and quality- it just kept coming. We were seated at the bar with a view of the kitchen action and Kwong managing the restaurant.

Well, I came to this restaurant with high expectations and left with them having been fulfilled. The food was as delicious and as interesting as I had been led to believe, the wine list extensive but a tad pricey, and the staff friendly and attentive. The day before we were there Gourmet Traveller had awarded this restaurant for its wine... More

we got a second seating at 8.45. which is o.k. Food came after ordering at 9.15 bit by bit. Apart from all the dishes being tired and swimming in some sort of sauce, we were told at 10 pm. that the kitchen closes now so we need to order is we want any more food. One of the worst meals... More

Took my partner here for dinner a few weeks ago when they were in Sydney. We sat at the bar - what a great experience watching Brad in action making drinks all night - we kept asking hat he was making as we were enthralled at the variety of drinks he was making. If you are expecting a chinese restaurant... More

This was our 4th visit to the new premises. Each time extraordinarily good. We have found to rely on the recommendations of the staff is an excellent way to experience the wonderful cuisine. The staff members are great, the wine list interesting, the food superb and the vibe very positive. What more can you want? Highly recommended.

Had dinner here with friends. The restaurant was full. Staff very attentive. Food delicious. Service is great. Staff move at a very fast pace. Kylie was in the kitchen which was great to see. The kitchen is open and surrounded by seating, a great place to sit if you like to see how a kitchen operates. All of our dishes... More

From Start to finish our experience at Billy Kwong was excellent. THe lamb Dumplings on the special are a must as is the San Choi Bow. A must try also is the Duck and Vegetarian Fried Rice. The wine list is good with organic and biodynamic wines and produce is sourced from a number of local gardens within the community.
