Cocktails here are not cheap but they are amazing. I had the Pocket signature cocktail - yummy! The atmosphere is hip, somewhere to go on a date or for birthday drinks perhaps. Not really the kind of bar you'd choose for a buck's night, but there happened to be the start of a buck's night on the evening we went... More

We visited here in November for a quiet Birthday drink and we found a table on a Friday at 6pm without too much fuss. Unfortunately the drinks did not seem to follow in the same way. We waited at a (not busy) bar to be served as the guy waiting tables did not appear to want to come to our... More

Went here recently on a mini Sydney break. The place is ok but it was cold and damp and maybe I'm just too old be be sitting on milk crates these days. The staff were lovely and the cocktails were great if not expensive however the food was well under par and I don't understand how grunge is still considered... More

Comfy couches, great cocktails and great hangout place. Can get quiet crowded though as not a big venue

The Pocket Bar got recommended to us for a great place to hang out for a drink... They weren't wrong!! Loved the graffiti deco, sofas & music. A hidden gem.

Such a great find that after coming for pre dinner drinks, we came back for night caps after dining! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fabulous drinks menu, comfy couches and great taste in music. It's going to sound odd, but their ice cubes are awesome! Really enjoyed kicking back here and will return next time I'm in Sydney.

The interior here is fine. I felt like they're trying too hard to be cool, but it's still nice enough. Drinks list is not bad and the malbec I had was good. However the bar staff on the night really let the place down. We sat at the bar, with no greeting, and had a quick look at the menu.... More

Came for the alcohol, left blown away by the yummy crepes. Out and about looking for a place to get some drinks and wandered into here. Interesting decor. Seemed to be a hip place to hang out. I had a honey lemon Nutella crepe while the misses had a strawberry Nutella crepe. Sweet and definitely filling. Our espresso martini was... More

The atmosphere is great, lovely place to come and sit with a drink before going out for dinner somewhere. We came here for drinks and some nibbles as we weren't very hungry - service was good and staff are able to make suggestions. We ordered a shared meat plate which (i thought) was a little expensive. We then ordered two... More
