Our friend from Sydney recommended this location (we were visiting from New York). This was our BEST restaurant x-perience in Australia. The food was delicious, I'm vegetarian and found soo many options. The fried eggplant was the BEST I ever had. The mocktails were delicious. I would strongly recommend this location.

Found this place via TripAdvisor and have to say it was our favourite Chinese meal ever. We loved the ambiance inside even though we could only get a seat at the bar to eat. Most of the staff were friendly a couple seemed a little stuffy. My only issue was with a wine recommendation that cost more than the food... More

Thank goodness I'm Chinese(-Australian). This place really gets to fuse east with west (without sacrificing the east). The food is really good. The atmosphere is buzzing. The staff are really helpful, even to the point of allowing us (when we were there) to split the bills so many ways and via different payment methods! You also get to enjoy the... More

My second visit and just as good as the first! Couldn't make a reservation as there were only 4 of us (6 required for a reservation) but arrived early and didn't have to wait. The food was simply delicious, the flavours sensational and the presentation very professional. It's not inexpensive but I am so much happier paying for quality than... More

I've had a number of meals at this restaurant and have kept coming back as we've enjoyed the food and the overall experience. Our experience last night, however, was a disappointment - the food was fine and our waiter was attentive but the experience was marred by the attitude and rudeness of the door person who barked at us that... I normally wait for a period of time before trying the most popular restaurants in order to give them time to "settle" and I was looking forward to trying Mr. Wong as it has received so much attention. Unfortunately in this case it wasn't worth the wait. My party included 2 Asian and 2 non-Asian guests. All of the guests... More

I attended with a group we had a banquet and our group filled the whole lower floor. None of the numerous course could be faulted but the dumplings and Peking duck were both exceptional. I'll be back next time I'm in Sydney.

Very good food , professional waitstaff and a real buzz throughout the restaurant. Everything we tried was very good , well presented and the service was excellent. In the evenings on can not reserve tables unless one is a party of 6 minimum and so one has to take pot luck just turning up and hoping that there is some... More

Nestled in an alley underneath the famous Establishment is this great little Chinese spot. Food is excellent and scene is great. Let the waiter/waitress pick your meal for you. Won't be disappointed

Although it will be the most expensive Chinese food you will ever pay for in Australia, the quality and variety of dishes including other Asian food like sushi, as well as the great service and atmosphere means a special dining experience.
