The food here is so hot. It is as if someone has thrown chilly in well prepared meal. I bet you won't be able to taste the food, whatever you order. The chilli is so overpowering that it will paralyse your tongue. The ladyboy waiter is a novelty (if you haven't seen one before)

We had seen the queues and went after the peak lunch rush. Service was brisk. We ordered the lunch of mixed BBQ roast and rice; fried rice and the slow cooked beef noodle. Very pleased. Food arrived looking good. Attention was given to the plating presentation and this gives the lunch expereince a notch up. To top it, the food... More

I went to Home with some friends for a lunch. We have not made a reservation. At the time there was a line of people waiting on the street to get in. The simple way of reservation is quite impressive. It took us a bit of time to figure it out. Just write your name on the paper and tear... More

I ducked in to Home on Sussex st for a late dinner and was pleasantly surprised - I had the #5 dumplings which were served with fresh corriander and a sweet spicy sauce. I was excited to try the tom yum soup, but it was so spicy I could hardly eat it. I had a plate of rice and a... More

We have been here a few times and also their sister restaurant 'Home Cafe' around the corner. The food was different in The Cafe and I reckon it's better in this one on Sussex. We found the flavours excellent in all dishes BUT it was a little too hot spice wise, even though we asked for the mildest versions. The... More

im so glad I use trip advisor while in Sydney to find a delicious Thai restaurant to visit for lunch. this place offers a wide selection of very inexpensive meal options in the city centre, with friendly staff and super fast service. I'm so happy to have finally found a Thai restaurant in aus that meets my expectations and memories... More

Have been here multiple times. Food is fabulous! Service is probably the weakest link, lets call it sporadic.

I had the dim sim, $6.90 for 5 and the cashew chicken $13.90, rice $3. So much food I couldn't eat it. The dim sims were so good I took a photo. The chicken was excellent and authentic. The restaurant may have moved as the address doesn't watch, now on the corner of Dixon and Liverpool. Great decor, raw brick... More

We ordered 2 entrees and 3 mains. The food came really quickly but unfortunately it all came together. Bit of a shame that we didn't have the entrees first. That said the food was all very fresh and tasty with good helpings all round. Would definitely go again, Staff could be a bit more personable.

Very good food. And excellent friendly service. Restaurant is quite cramped though - but I guess that what's you get for success! Also the wood seats could be upgraded. Nevertheless highly recommended if you like Thai.
