Lovely dinner with colleagues. There is always a queue hover the organization is very efficient therefore we didn't have to wait long. Best marinated beef salad I have had! Laksa was also 99% as in Bangkok ! Will definitely recommender and I will be back for yummy food! A must in Sydney!

We had to wait about 10 mins to be seated, but once we were in I got a good look at the amazing atmosphere and style of this place :) The waitstaff are (mostly) pretty friendly. The food came out quickly, within 10 mins. It was absolutely delicious!! :D I had a roast pork with rice and shared a seafood... More

Home Thai is halfway down Sussex Sreet in a very handy position opposite the Sussex Street carpark. There is almost always a line. This moves very quickly as the staff are effecient and organized. In fact the whole place runs like a well oiled machine. It isn;t the sort of place you linger all night, but you can eat and... More

Home Thai is outstanding, it's also chaotic, noisy and busy but that's exactly how it should be. It's by far my favourite Thai restaurant and I always visit at least once when I'm in Sydney. The food is fresh and absolutely packed with flavour, it's also extremely well priced. This time I had satay chicken and the Penang curry with... More

Went there for lunch on a Sunday and there was a 10-15min wait at the door for seats. Food did not take long to be served and every dish was delicious! Best pad thai I've tried. Did not disappoint

I love their thai food including pad khee mao, sweet and sour chicken stir fry and chilli chicken jam stir fry. Their staff are fast, efficient and friendly. Our food were served within 10 minutes and I could not find anything to criticise. Highly recommended and will definitely revisit in the future. Don't let the massive queue outside discourage you!

The food here is so hot. It is as if someone has thrown chilly in well prepared meal. I bet you won't be able to taste the food, whatever you order. The chilli is so overpowering that it will paralyse your tongue. The ladyboy waiter is a novelty (if you haven't seen one before)

We had seen the queues and went after the peak lunch rush. Service was brisk. We ordered the lunch of mixed BBQ roast and rice; fried rice and the slow cooked beef noodle. Very pleased. Food arrived looking good. Attention was given to the plating presentation and this gives the lunch expereince a notch up. To top it, the food... More

I went to Home with some friends for a lunch. We have not made a reservation. At the time there was a line of people waiting on the street to get in. The simple way of reservation is quite impressive. It took us a bit of time to figure it out. Just write your name on the paper and tear... More

I ducked in to Home on Sussex st for a late dinner and was pleasantly surprised - I had the #5 dumplings which were served with fresh corriander and a sweet spicy sauce. I was excited to try the tom yum soup, but it was so spicy I could hardly eat it. I had a plate of rice and a... More
