Great example of making real italian food outside Italy, with a touch of modernity. Literally crowds of people crazy for ice creams. BRAVI!!!

Truly a must-visit when you're in Sydney. Expect long line of people. Inside, the atmosphere is soothing. Foods are delicious. Their ice cream and Tiramisu are exceptional!

A must visit whenever I am in Sydney. Their gelato is the best I have tasted outside of Rome. The line is always out the door but it moves quickly. It also gives you a chance to decide on which flavour you will be choosing. The tiramisu is exceptional!

We were successful in our second attempt. Expect long queues (although fast moving, it is still about a 20min wait) during peak hours. Our first attempt was on a Saturday night at 9:40am and the queue was 3 shops long! We decided against it and went home. Yesterday, we were within the area again (Saturday afternoon). Since there were no... More

You cant fool the cues of people waiting to be served as they patiently lick their lips while they cast their eyes up and down the huge assortment of flavours. From here on its decision making and reducing your selection to two flavours only. The atmosphere is serious, suiting the waiting discerning mouths. The service is quick and efficient. The... More

The ice-cream here was really inventive and delicious. All the flavors were absolutely divine. The cakes also looked divine, having been a challenge on Masterchef Australia.

Went there after a fine vegetarian dinner just around the corner, only to find the highlight of the night for my taste buds! Favourite flavour: salted coconut with mango salsa. Difficult to decide which flavours to choose, one would need to try all they offer. More flavours: chocolate fondant, salted caramel & white chocolate, pannacotta with fig jam & amaretti... More

Their gelato is the best. My favorite is the dark chocolate. The mini ice cream cakes are also very good with different textures and awesome flavors.

Friends took me to have gelato at Messina in Darlinghurst and had told me it was a great place to get gelato. Well... First we saw the queue outside, and people standing around eating their ice-cream. There is funky music playing too which creates a great atmosphere. There are menus to browse the flavours while you're waiting to buy. My... More

We were recommended Messina whilst staying in Sydney for 5 weeks in September. Oh my goodness the ice cream knocked our socks off - better than any we have had a the best places in Florence or Sienna. The ice cream tastes fresh, natural and the flavour combinations so original. We tried fig and marsala, salted caramel, blood orange and... More
