Awesome food, cool location but bit pricey

I love mexican food. And the location of this place is great. It's always packed which is a good sign of a good place to eat. The tacos, burritos and chilli fries are great. A bit pricey though! Compared to mad mex for example its almost 50% more. A little different I know but still pricey!

The bar tender was so nice and hilarious. Chatted with him for a while and had some great laughs. Then we got our burritos and man oh man were they good. I am a health conscious vegan and it was nice to have a little treat! And let me tell you, it was TASTY! I love love love Mexican food... More

Although a casual place, it leans more to sit-down meals than takeaway with, e.g., huge tex-mex style burritos slathered in sauce. So the prices seem pretty reasonable for that (maybe not for the jalapeno poppers, which seemed expensive, but good). Although I prefer proper Mexican, this place packs a lot of flavour into its meat, which the important thing -... More

This place is outright awful. Ordered chips that were wayyyy too salty and were store bought, with not a whole lot of guacamole. 3 hard tacos/ 3 different kinds, that had little substance, and bland. 2 Watermelon Margarita's, only because at 6pm it was the only flavour that was ready. Pre made and bad. A lot better ways to spend... More

Land side but an ocean-beach view. I ordered tacos instead. Chicken taco was not that good. Fish taco (grilled) was a lil better and finally the prawn taco was ok. Service was polite and positive. My food although disappointing, came out quickly

This was the worse dining experience we have ever encountered. Service was so bad it doesn't even rate. Took over an hour to get our meals, when they arrived they were not hot and lacked substance. We had to visit Maccas on the way home. Overpriced, over promise and under deliver should be their tag line. Service and staff were... More

Okay, let me start by saying that we're from Texas so we know a little about burritos. After a morning on the beach we grabbed some takeaway to bring back to the condo: 2 kids burritos (chicken, cheese & lettuce) @ $10 each and 2 pork burritos @ $15 each. They traveled well and were delicious! I have had better... More

This place has a permanent queue which must say something about it's food. We were not disappointed; our burritos was fresh and tasty. Seating is limited and decor is alternative but we got takeaways and went to the beach across the road. Would recommend!

This restaurant caught my eyes when I was walking along Bondi Beach. Its exterior looked like a funky beach hut and the long lineup told me their food might be good. I've ordered the Mucho Fajita and it was literally a party on a plate. You get a burrito topped with cheese along with corn chips accompanied with salsa, guacamole... More
