Oxford Street Gem!

Such flakey croissants! Melt in your mouth! All good and fresh baked items on sale. Hearty lunchtime soups. I ate lunch here twice alone, then took husband and adult children for Sunday brunch and wasn't disappointed. It's a great little find in a fairly seedy section of Oxford Street.

I was here with my friend after looking forward to a real swiss brekky for quite a while. We were given a menu and i saw quite a lot of international foods that i could have everywhere and a couple of actual swiss ones. So i wanted to go for the swiss ones and placed my order. They didn't have... More

I had a late lunch here during my last visit to Sydney. The sandwich I had was quite average and the tea was horrible. If I visit again, I'll try the sweets as that's what people seem to be particularly happy with.

This place has delicious food. You can eat in, but I've only ever done take away. I've had the rolls (you don't have to stick to their menu and instead can pick your own combo), but make sure you get a yummy cake for dessert! They even have small options if your pants are shrinking (like mine). Definitely worth the... More

This is a very nice place to eat breakfast or have a coffee and pastry hit. I've been several times, including with a young child. Nothing is fancy but everything has been good. Particularly the Bircher muesli, the coffee and the bacon and egg on multigrain roll. They also somehow make very good fresh fruit/vege juices. Not a lot of... More

I keep coming back for home more sweets and coffee, stopping by after uni because my family absolutely loves them. My personal favourites are the beesting, florentine and caramel slices. ALL MUST TRIES. Also, the coffee is just divine - just the right about of creamy and aromatic. This bakery has a very homely feel to it due to the... More

This european style bakery in Darlinghurst is fast becoming a local instition. Excellent coffee and the pastries as well as the muffins are as good as you will find in Sydney at very reasonable prices. If you are lucky enough to sit outside you can watch the world go by in this vibrant and lively part of Sydney

If you're in Surry Hills or Darlinghurst and need a coffee fix, head here. It's a tiny little shop but they do the best coffee in Sydney, and if you pair it with a white chocolate and strawberry muffin you've got a little slice of heaven.

My daughter thinks you make the best croissants in Australia. Chocolate ones are good too. Loved the coffee and the two cakes we tried. Open every day including public holidays.
