Nice bar

Another great little hidden bar in the heart of the CBD Sydney. Interesting concept, but I did enjoy my short visit at Stitch Bar. Awesome drinks and service was great! It seemed alittle darker than usual, but a good experience otherwise. Well done Stitch Bar!

Great atmosphere, great cocktail selection, good food (delicious curly fries). Great experience overall and would definitely recommend.

uined a great night. They somehow managed not only to lose our credit card but let someone else pay for their table with it and walk off with it. To top it off they didn't tell us and it took half an hour for the manager to come out. He then seemed to think that getting someone to drop the... More

A very easy to miss little place that wins serious points for originality and class. Good cocktails and nice food. Bookings for large groups would be essential as it gets quite full. The first thing you'll notice is that the doors are propped open with an old style sewing machine. You'd be forgiven for wondering what a tailor would be... More

Suggested by its name, from the street you could be forgiven for thinking this was a sewing shop. The bar area itself is small, however there a number of tables and booths available. If you’re planning on dining later in the week, I’d recommend booking. Hot dogs are their speciality. The cocktail menu is comprehensive (incl. the best Bloody Mary... More

I have a strong predilection for Islay single malt scotch. So when I discovered this discrete bar with a pre-WW2 decor to it, it pushed the right buttons. The overall fit out is top notch, with the antique sewing machines the headline theme. Lots of tables to grab a seat at, and the cocktail list extensive and delicious. I did... More

If you weren't looking for this place, it's easy to pass by it. It looks like a derelict shop front, but go through the swinging wooden doors and down the stairs, and it's like being transported back to a Prohibition era speak-easy. The restaurant is a quirky Singer sewing machine theme. The staff are warm and friendly as well as... More

I really enjoy the 'goosebumps' cocktail here, it's so fresh tasting. On the rare occasion I head to a bar, I usually recommend this place, and my friends have enjoyed it as well. The fit-out is super cute and it has loads of atmosphere. The gourmet hotdogs and hand cut chips are worth trying.

Super-Kitsch with a capital K, a speak-easy style bar with a delicious cocktail list (we devoured a Little Miss Sunshine (him) and a classic martini (me)) with a nice menu of American / Mexican style food, not overly greasy. The two-person tables were old sewing tables complete with pedal and the bar was stacked on vintage Singer sewing machines. Kitsch.
