A very well run store with exceptional staff and food to boot. Ask for the morning muesli, you will not be disappointed. Quite good price and great service from the staff.

Everywhere in the rocks is so expensive, I was so happy when we found this place. The service is efficient and friendly, the atmosphere is cool with a mix of people visiting. We managed to sit outside and enjoyed watching people pass-by while sipping a coffee and eating a gorgeous muffin or amazing granola, fruit and yogurt. They had a... More

Conveniently located by the Holiday Inn- nice little menu and thankfully a nice choice of wine with lunch. Brekkie coffee was good ( ok so I asked for a mocha but we'll let that one slide) muffins bought for kids just didn't have that lovely freshness of a straight-out- the-oven baked good.... Went back for lunch, microwaved lasagne, wine good-... More

We could not get in a month ago, so we were surprised to find plenty of empty tables. After reading some negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, service is a bit hit and miss BUT the breakfast we had was great. The Croque Sir and the Brioche with caramalized banana were nearly perfect. Campos coffee finished breakfast off nicely.

We went because of the reviews/rating on Tripadvisor. Husband loved his croque sir, but the kids (waffles) and I (the oats with caramelised banana-recommended by a previous reviewer) didn't like our food. My toast was smothered with butter and honey but the middle was very dry like old bread and the nuts were salty. The waffles were cool and the... More

Hubby and I stopped here for breakfast on our first day in Sydney. Hubby had toast with caramelized bananas, fresh strawberries and macadamia nuts on top. I had their version of a croque monsieur. The food was excellent. I also had a delicious iced coffee to start my day. It came with one ice cube in it...made from espresso. Absolutely... More

This place has it all! Good food, good service, good coffee and good value! We ordered spicy beans and chicken chorizo, both were good size and good value. It was hard to get a seat (as you'd expect when you find a good place like this!) but the staff were more than happy to help. Not one complaint. I would... More

Located at the end of cobbled Kendall Lane is The Fine Food Store, a place that not only offers "gourmet" groceries like bread, cheese and dry goods, but it has a decent breakfast menu. The likes of Belgian-style waffles, cured salmon on sourdough and homemade spicy beans are up for grabs; plus many more choices for any level of appetite.... More
