this was the comment I received from the head waitress when I requested another bread roll for the sauce of my main course, this was after being told by another waiter that they did not have any left due to a number of "walk ins". Sometimes these places lose the run of themselves after a couple of hats and forget... More

This restaurant has moved to 32 Bayswater Road, Kings Cross. We visited a number of times when it was in Leichhardt and loved it. Now it has moved to a larger premises which is beautifully decorated and spacious. The food is outstanding. We have dined at the Quay, Tetsuyas, Vue de Monde, Marque and other fine dining restaurants here and overseas,... More

This is one restaurant to avoid in Sydney. Two bowls of mussels and a trout salad for 94 dollars ( circa 62 Pounds), and a mediocre bottle of Australian Sauvignon Blanc for a further 53 dollars ( circa 35 Pounds). The mussels had to be sent back to the kitchen for warming up as they were only just warm when... More

Exciting and interesting food. Each meal was presented at the table as a beautiful and special creation. Delicious chocolate dessert a dream to consume....top marks from me. I will be back.

The only thing I can fault is the creme brûlée .. Sooo sweet... Way too sweet.. Service was a but slow... But it's a Friday night and they didnt push to do 2 sittings like so many other upmarket restaurants... Just fantastic.. Everything was lovely.. Except perhaps the baramundi.. Maybe it's not a French fish?? Hehe

A romantic restaurant in a busy street, tucked away. ask for a table over the footpath. Small but desirable wine collection - great for a simple night out with the significant other.
