I ate here a few years ago and the food was awesome. Sunday came and I was catching up with a dear friend. We were hunting for somewhere for lunch in Glebe and Clipper Cafe looked perfect. It is a beautiful, cool little café almost on the corner of Glebe Point Road and Broadway. Excellent coffee. Lovely staff. The first... More

I come here when I'm in Broadway/Glebe for lunch. Nice atmosphere, nice music, good food. Salmon salad and Lamb salad were yummy. Coffee ... not so good!

This cafe is unique & quirky & the food is very good however the service is average and, at times, dismissive & rude. It is a small cafe & they try to cater for alot of guests & you can rest assured you will be placed at a table to share with strangers. Not so nice when you just want... More

This is my FAVE cafe in Glebe!! Best coffee on the strip easily matched with just as amazing meals! It's more of breakfast/lunch place as it's not opened during the evenings. The staff are clearly busy but always make time for you. Have never been kept waiting too long. This is a very busy cafe and it's no uncommon to... More

I spent sooooo many meals at the Clipper Cafe while studying for a semester in Sydney. All of my peers were obsessed with it too. Great atmosphere. Great food. The gnocchi... oh my goodness. I still dream about the gnocchi at night. I miss the Clipper.

I love small roadside cafes and this one has become a favourite in Glebe! Coffee is amazing (could have 3-4 rounds at one go, it's that good) and I love their breakfast menu! The staff can be forgetful at times but just the atmosphere of the place compensates for it. Weekends can get really crowded and you might have to... More

Quaint coffee shop for drinks and breakfast! If you are in the area check it out, the neighborhood has small book stores scattered throughout as well.

Considering a bustling cafe on the very busy market day, finding us seating late morning was a real accomplishment - the wait staff are so considerate that whilst we were waiting outside on a bench, they brought us a jug of cold water. Lovely. Excellent proscuitto, brie and mushroom ciabatta. A little noisy for quiet spoken types.
