Love this little cafe. I go to USyd and love coming here for a cheap but tasty meal. The chai latte is the best chai latte I have had in ever, it tastes like the ones you get in Pakistan (use to live there). If you head there, order it! It is a nice quiet little funky cafe, friendly staff... More

Had a great breakfast here with some friends on a gorgeous and sunny spring day. I had the poached eggs with smoked salmon which was delicious and not overly heavy as I find smoked salmon can be sometimes. The eggs were perfectly cooked with lovely golden yolks. My friends had the mushroom pesto eggs and reported similar deliciousness. Coffee was... More

Great place for breakfast! Cute fit out. Generous, friendly people and super yummy wholesome food! Banana bread the best! Fruit salad yogurt & honey, I'd actually love to have a little bit of everything!

During my exchange semester I became a regular at this place. They have great sandwiches, and cakes and pancakes, and coffees and... (you get the idea) ;) I have nothing but greatness to say about this place. And while you're there, try their "dirty chai". It's chai latte with a shot of espresso served in small tea/coffee pots.

Very nice and welcoming place! I ordered a fruit salad (the best one ever!!!!!), my boyfriend gnocchi with pesto and our friend prawns bruschetta. Gnocchi arrived after 20 minutes or less. Bruschetta arrived when my boyfriend finished his plate... They finished their lunch, and I hadn't started yet! Even if the place wasn't busy, I had to wait almost one... More

Clipper cafe is pretty overrated and I think it seems to do well because of it's location. The staff are so blasé and could not care less. The coffee is not remarkable and the speed of food arriving unacceptable. I make better baked eggs myself.

I ate here a few years ago and the food was awesome. Sunday came and I was catching up with a dear friend. We were hunting for somewhere for lunch in Glebe and Clipper Cafe looked perfect. It is a beautiful, cool little café almost on the corner of Glebe Point Road and Broadway. Excellent coffee. Lovely staff. The first... More

I come here when I'm in Broadway/Glebe for lunch. Nice atmosphere, nice music, good food. Salmon salad and Lamb salad were yummy. Coffee ... not so good!
