Expensive, but the best coffee I've had in a year

$5.80 is steep for a coffee, but when it was the best I've had in a. year, I'm happy even if it took 2 tries to get an order of two cappuccinos correct. People keep telling me that it's easy to get a decent coffee in Sydney these days but so many places still can't do it

This was my second visit & happy both times. Staff are polite, helpful and always smiling. Was here for coffee today but after knocking back a couple of glasses of Sauvignon Blanc and devouring a Lemon Meringue tart I will definately come back. Left happy & relaxed.

When you are queuing for a take-away coffee, and notice that both the person in front of you, and yourself, are unable to use credit card "due to the $10 EFTPOS minimum", you know that you're dealing with a cafe that does not know how to handle all visiting customers, and is not capitalising on the money that they just... Came here on Friday night after going to the Lunar markets in Chinatown. Since it was a Friday night it was fairly busy. We lined up and waited for about 5 minutes until we got a table which wasn't quite bad. After we sat down and had a look at the menu, we ordered a few things. The waffles here... More

I needed coffee and a rest. I thought that this place would be too crowded to sit and relax but I was happy to find a seat and sit and enjoy my coffee and the most divine strawberry tart. Will defiantly stop here again.

Anyone who is a fan of the famous seashell Guylian chocolates will be attracted to this café - I was! Coffee is really good, and I'm fussy about coffee, I'd give it a 7 or 8 out of ten. The pastries are also really yummy, I've been half a dozen times and I've never had one that wasn't fresh. One... More

This restaurant is a chocoholic's dream. There are so many choices for how you'd like to consume chocolate...pastries, cookies, truffles, or chocolate drinks. The hot chocolate is truly amazing. You can have milk, dark, or pecan hot chocolate. We chose dark and were served a cup with a dark chocolate candy in the bottom and a pitcher of hot chocolate... More

I love this place for a light breakfast. I'm glad they open early and have a Breakfast Special which consists of a pastry and coffee. I love how every hot drink like coffee or hot chocolate comes with a piece of Guylian chocolate which you can melt in your drink. I haven't seen a Guylian cafe in the other countries... More

Me and my friend went to Guylian Cafe on the Darling Quarter. We was looking for a place to hang-out after our lunch around the CBD. So we decided to take a stroll to Darling Harbour. The service was alright, the server keep coming to your table until you put your orders on, and after that they'll leave you alone.... More
