We ate at Guylian Cafe for supper while in Sydney. We had a chicken baguette and a quiche with side salad. Both meals were very good, but we felt were maybe a bit too pricey. The high prices reflect the location along the waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed their 100% Pure Pleasure (chocolate mousse) dessert which lives up to its name!

This café is a great place to treat yourself to a rich, chocolate dessert or to buy chocolate gifts. A friend and I stopped here for a post-lunch dessert on a week day during the school holidays. We both had the rich, milk hot chocolate which comes in a jug for you to pour over the square of chocolate that's... More

This is my childs favourite cafe in the Darling Harbour area. Double chocolate milkshake being the favourite. On arrival we noticed the afternoon tea special. $12 for a coffee or tea and a tart. We ordered a latte with lemon meringue tart, hot dark soy chocolate & the milkshake. Though a little expensive, my child gives the $10.50 milkshake the... More

Been to the Darling Harbour cafe several times over the years and was always consistently good. Don't know what has happened, the food was ordinary, the salad was wilted with brown spots all over and was not edible. The service was average to say the least and the bathrooms were out of service. Will be trying elsewhere next time we... More

First time and last time we will ever go there. The food was very overpriced and was quite average. We ordered a hot chocolate ($9.90) and a chocolate milkshake ($11) and they were nice though very overpriced for what they were. The fresh fruit and dipping chocolate were alright, were told that would be enough for us both at $16.50... More

We ate here a few times in the hope that, considering the cafe is near to our home, they might improve. However we generally have found that Guylian has rude staff, they are not quick or happy to compromise with meals & seem quite irritated if you "over stay" your welcome. By compromise, I mean I asked them to butter... More

The waitresses was so rude. Yesterday we had a coffee and ice cream and I went to buy mc d and I didn't eat and back to the table. She came to me and said you are not allowed to eat another food. I said I didn't eat in here I just bought and she said put it down from... More

Had breakfast here at Darling Harbour. Fresh fruit and the omelette, nice choice for breakfast. The hot chocolate was creamy and had a nice flavour, I chose the milk one.

Came here about 10pm on 3rd June. This place was poorly organised. Wait staff rude. I ordered chocolate and fruit and a milkshake. My boyfriend ordered a baguette and a hot chocolate. When All food arrived and drinks too, I realised my milkshake had not come yet so I asked a waitress with brown curly hair and glasses if she... More

What a inconsistent cafe! My friend and I went here for a quick dessert on Wednesday evening, unsure to just sit down or order at the counter we just order at the counter so we could pick our dessert out of the cabinet. After ordering we asked could we sit anywhere and a waitress said yes. 2mins later another wait... More
