Great little restaurant, food was great, great wine, service a bit slow, we could have spent some more money, however no one asked us if we wanted dessert. Surf and turf something special, also wasabi steak to die for. Biggest issue is finding a parking space, next time we will get a cab.

This little gem of a restaurant serves some of the most delicious and authentic Chinese food I've eaten. There is a crispy lamb dish which is mouth watering and must not be missed.

We had an impromptu dinner out during the week and rocked up with no booking. We were a bit squashed but happy to have a table. The food was fantastic. The shantung chicken was great (made with chilli jam I think) and we had the surf and turf (sizzling steak, prawns and scallops). With a couple if glasses of wine,... More

My wife and I had dinner here last week and the food was while not exceptionally good was better than average. What we did like were the duck pancakes. I could have had more of them. We were there early so the service was quick and no hassles. The meal was not expensive and what we expected to pay for... More

This is actually my favorite asian restaurant in Canberra. Good chinese foods and the price are reasonable. Not very cheap but not expensive either. Our order come out really quick. Everything that we order were delicious . The mongolian beef is my favorite.

Small chinese restaurant which was a bit hard to find but once there was pleasantly surprised by the efficient service and quality of the food. We had a group of 9 which took up a fair amount of the space but our meals arrived promptly & we didn't go without a drink for long. The food was above average chinese... More

We had dinner at Ginseng on Saturday night with some friends. It was perfectly nice but not sure why we went out of our way to go to this restaurant in particular. It is very much run of the mill Chinese food with much better restaurants (for range and authenticity) available in Dickson etc. It was not expensive, however, so... More

We went to dinner at this restaurant last week. It was close to our hotel and had good reviews on Tripadvisor. After being seated I inquired as to whether the food was prepared with MSG as it does not agree with me. The owner came over and said that they did not add any MSG but they could not guarantee... We went here for mothers day lunch and we were very impressed! The food was absolutely delicious! We walked out of here feeling VERY full and satisfied! Service was lovely. Top dishes are the duck pancakes and the satay chicken on broccoli is the best I have ever tasted! We sat upstairs. The interior does need a little work though.... More
